In general the hotel did not meet my expectations as a 5 star hotel, especially the staff was not very welcoming.

This is a really lovely hotel. It’s thoughtfully designed, very well located, and the staff are excellent.

Air conditioning was inadequate could not cool room in heater room

Our stay was really pleasant. We had the junior suite reserved, and the room was absolutely gorgeous. I asked from the reception couple weeks before if they could arrange flowers and champagne to the room, and every wish was answered. They have a spa area, with two saunas and a pool. Area is intimate, and the surroundings are really nice, it is in the basement of the hotel and the walls are red tiled. On the roof they have the rooftop bar, with a view to the square of the old town. Nice, relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely be coming here again, it is a superb hotel with a great location.

Amazing hotel tastefullly done right in the center of old town. Could not have asked for more!

Second time at this hotel and enjoyed it. Facilities are good and really well located for the main square. On the downside… no tea/coffee in rooms (though can get room service) and the breakfast at around £35 is extortionate - though readily available for a lot less on the square.

I loved the hotel decor and the overall vibe. Will be definitely staying there again.

Quiet and clean. I wish it had a lobby though for us to sit. Be aware rooms are very dark (not a lot of lighting or natural light) I know that's the whole aesthetic but it did make it difficult to put on make up or just see clearly in the room. Everything else was perfect. Good AC, big spacious room, comfy bed.

Gorgeous hotel right in the centre and near all the best parts of Krakow. The only reason it didn’t score 5 stars was the noise and the curtains in our suite. We were in room A118 which is a gorgeous suite at the front of the property. We are aware that a city break isn’t relaxing but the noise from outside was constant. Bin men at 5am on 3 of the 4 days and lots of local revellers in the early hours of the morning. Not the hotels fault but do consider if you are offered room A118. Also, the curtains (although very fashionable) were made of hessian and doesn’t block any light. They don’t even fit the window. This also woke us up very early in the morning. Apart from these 2 points we had a lovely stay here. Just avoid room A118

Really nice hotel BUT it was very easy to hear things from the nabour rooms, and the Music from the reception even though I lived on 4th floor. Not very nice to be awaken by that at 7 in the morning. So better soundproof would be nice. I missed a place to hang the wet towel after Bath. There was not enough plugs to charging phones etc. I was alone in the room, but if we were 2 people, it would have been a problem.

We were so excited to stay here after researching the place but found it did not live up to expectations. Our main reason for booking this hotel was a quiet and relaxing break. To start with the positives the hotel was extremely central and the interior design and rooms beautiful. Our room was spotless and cleaned and restocked daily. Hotel staff were friendly and happy to help with supplying extra pillow. The spa was lovely to be able to use and well equipped with robes and towels. Our main criticism was the noise experienced during the stay. On our first night despite our room being an enclosed courtyard the doors and windows overlooking this provided no sound insulation and so we were woken by the people opposite (on the other side of the courtyard) several times. We mentioned this but were reassured that those rooms were empty the following day. On our third night we were woken at 8am with drilling and thudding which went on all morning we were told this would be the case for at least another day as they were working on the sky bar above. At this point we asked if we could refund our final two nights stay but told we would only have the option of losing our money and checking out as we booked through hotels.com. we were moved to a room which was quiter though still had thudding above and on our last night we found it was a partition door that separated us from noisy guests next door. Overall the lack of sleep and having to change rooms really spoiled the holiday.

A top class 5star hotel right in the centre of the old town. The hotel had everything you’d expect of a luxurious facility. Of special note is the hotels spa. Stunning in the old basement of the building. First class.

This is a luxury hotel with an attention to detail. The rooms as lovely and the bathroom amenities are excellent. The spa area is also a real treat and we used the pools, sauna and salt room every day. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying there again. Krakow is also a gorgeous city.
