Helpful reception and cleaning staff. Really lovely pool. Comfy beds.

Hotel looks like new. Staff very helpful. Plenty of parking. Eay access to city center via the tram service which is very close, you can also easily access hotel from the airport via the tram. Nice swimming pool etc. Would stay here again if in Edinburgh

friendly staff, convenient location where tram and train station is just 5mins walk away, there is also a retail park nearby. plenty car park space but you need to pay for it, you get discounted price though if you are ALL member, still I think they needto make it free for all the guest staying in.

I always enjoy staying with Novotel Edinburgh Park. It is lovely and clean, the rooms are well designed and the staff are amazing. It is also in a very convenient location near public transport and the shops

Nice stay for 1 night. Comfortable and modern facilities. Reasonably priced relative to much more expensive properties in the City Centre. Easy access to City Centre via tram.

Staff very polite and helpful and room and so convenient for tram line to City centre. However, I was on the first floor right above the rubbish depo and very early in the morning I could hear the code and ring sound of the door being opened. So disturbing. Especially as I had late nights supporting my son in his Edinburgh Fringe show. They couldn’t move as expected fully booked. I booked in good time and about 7 years again this also happened to me! Will only return if I have favourable room and location!!

Overall, we enjoyed this hotel. It was clean and convenient. The "family room" concept didn't work very well for us with a three year old. The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable and there was no space in the room. Also several dangers within reach like immovable hot lamps, sharp corners, and a weird, two-part door with a built-in mirror on one part. Also, the shower glass is not sealed at the bottom, so water goes everywhere. But if it had only been my husband and I, the room would have been great. We appreciated the fridge and safe.

Very nice and modern property

We had a really great time at Novotel in Edinburgh. We were so close to the Tram and able to go into the city in 10-15 minutes. Our room was very clean and comfy. The service was 5 stars. The breakfast was impressive with a lot of variety. The hotel restaurant was excellent. Our kids also enjoyed the pool. A very good choice if you want to visit Edinburgh!!

Had a great stay here before catching our flight. Really nice breakfast and lovely pool area. Very friendly and helpful staff. Quite expensive parking for guests, would expect a hotel that has it's own car park to have free parking.

We loved the convenience of staying at the Novotel, it is so close to the train! The lodging is clean and comfortable and food in the restaurant was great. Staff is so nice.

The staff were just amazing. We arrived early and were able to store our luggage at reception while we went into the city center. Check in was smooth and the person on duty even adjusted things so that our 2 rooms were together. The bar was quiet and a lovely place for an afternoon drink. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The leisure center was clean and a very comfortable temperature for exercise. I really can't emphasize enough how wonderful the staff was. They were so helpful and really made the stay easy.

Nice hotel, clean and enough confort. A very good option if you intend to visit fantastic Edimburgh. Best option to use the tram to city center and forget the car.

Toilet was not cleaned properly

No water provided in the room. Many a times , room wifi was difficult to connect.

Great hotel, right next to the tram line that runs from the airport to the city centre, all the way to Newhaven. The staff were amazing, at Reception and in the restaurant, they were so family-friendly! It was our granddaughter’s 2nd birthday and the staff really made it special. The Executive rooms were really comfortable, had air conditioning (virtually unheard of in UK!) as well as tea and coffee making facilities. The grandchildren loved the indoor pool too, with towels provided, plus there’s a gym. Would highly recommend this hotel for location and service. It’s next to a retail park with large supermarket and drive-thru restaurants. Bear in mind that with great transport links comes some noise, from the Tram and Train lines. Make sure your window is completely closed and they shouldn’t bother you.

A great place to stay when traveling in the Edinburgh area with a car. My goal was to avoid having to take our rental into the city centre and so finding this gem within a few minute walk to the Edinburgh Tram and maybe a ten minute tram ride to Princes St, was perfect. Bonus that it's also only 10 mins from the airport. Hotel was clean, modern, and staff was excellent.

Great location for trams etc into town centre. Lovely room - great facilities handy roll out desk table. Very nice bathroom. Shampoo conditioner and Shower gel not handy beside sink rather than in shower… but very minor.
