The entire staff at the Casa Andina Premium in Arequipa are exceptional during our entire two-week visit in Arequipa.

The location was great and relatively close to the main plaza. The rooms were excellent, clean, quiet and the amenities from the breakfast to the spa were wonderful.

Beautiful property and close to all city centre

We stayed 2 nights. The location is top, nect to the monastery and 2 blocks away from the Plaza de Armas. We were offered an upgrade for extra money, but we took the superior room we booked. The only window looked out over a service corridor with little privacy. Breakfast is okayish and the sauna not really usuable. We did not get the free upgrade (if available) nor a free drink as promised by Expedia. Good stay overall though, Arequipa wonderful

The rooms are a bit dated but the beds are gigantic and comfy. The staff were the highlight here, very friendly and helpful. Definitely a good hotel option in the centre of Arequipa.

Such a wonderful hotel. This was my second stay at the hotel. I highly recommend it. The hotel is in a great location., only minutes to the spectacular plaza. The entire staff were so friendly and accommodating, plus a lot of the staff were bilingual. Looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent location. Close to restaurants and bars, only a few blocks from the main square. Staff is super helpful and nice. Kudos to the training crew, they have done an excellent job.

The public spaces of this hotel are tasteful and beautiful, with lovely antiques and subtle minimal decor - and may be the basis for the 5* rating. The staff are excellent and work very hard. Breakfast is adequate. The rooms are certainly not 5*, they are dated, and very minimal, stale. A paint smell overwhelms in some rooms.

Hotel was amazing, has a good casa feel. Breakfast was decent compared to other 5-star hotels. We upgraded our booking to suite which was great.

This is one of the very best hotels I have visited. I'm a frequent traveler and experience the quality of service of hotels in multiple countries every year. This was my first visit to Arequipa (what a beautiful town center!), and this hotel turned out to be one of the best, anywhere in the world! I highly recommend it, for business or pleasure. The rooms on the courtyard are truly beautiful. The staff is immensely profesional, taking care to even memorize your name (how many hotels can do that!). The cleanliness is impecable. The food is wonderful. Great location, near the main plaza, where you will find many wonderful restaurants and churches to visit, as well as many other sites that make this city a great place. If planning to visit Arequipa, do plan to stay at this hotel.

Very convenient location for tourists close to Plaza Des Armas. Clean and spacious room, excellent breakfast. The bar is very nice too.
