This hotel is conveniently located to both Fort Lauderdale Airport and the Cruiseport. There is also a free shuttle from and to the airport. Transportation to the cruise port costs extra and is provided by an outside vendor. Beds are comfortable with the usual amenities you would find in a hotel.

Comparing this Crown to the other Crown Plaza's that I have stayed at. This hotel is definitely not up to the Crown Plaza standards that have been set at other Crown's.

It was ok just was informed when I checked in they did not provide shuttle to cruise terminal and that was the main reason I stayed here. Had I knew in advance I would have chosen a different hotel that provided a shuttle. I would like a refund for $15 I had to provide for the shuttle.

Location to the airport was great. Shuttle was punctual and friendly driver. Only issues were blinding room lights and unable to close the curtains.

1. BEDS !!! TOO HIGH. I can't get off the bed without feel like I am falling down. My feet are 6" off the floor when I sit on the edge of the bed. STUPID. Do you really think that a bed so high off the floor is SAFE ??? To get on the bed, I have to lean forward and put my chest on the bed - and roll on over onto the bed. HOW STUPID you make me feel. I will never return to this hotel. 2. Kikis Mexican food. WHAT? no tacos!!!. I walked down the street to taco bell for tacos. STUPID. 3. The front desk didn't know there was a taco bell down the street. Didn't know if there was a McDonald's near by either. Your staff doesn't even know how to help new visitors. 4. One roll of toilet paper which was 2/3 used already. STUPID. 5. Weak shower. 6. Stark and spartan front foyer. Looks and feels like a ghost town.

The hotel was excellent We even ate at the restaurant and had a fantastic meal. But… the beds are to high! They are on a platform n a box spring. While shuttling to the airport several of us were saying it was hard to get into the beds. I’m 5’ tall and had great difficulty. One woman had a handicapped room and the beds were the same height.

we stayed overnight for a Cruise everything was clean. we needed more towels and the young boy took it to us in less than 5 minutes, so I really like that.4

I stayed for one night to catch a connecting flight the following morning. Comfortable stay👌

For a Crown Plaza , we expected better. We arrived 1 hour before check in and they wanted an extra fee to check in so we walked around for 1 hour.

Very nice hotel. Great value, nice rooftop pool with a good mexican restaurant on the 5th floor. The only drawback was they advertised free shuttle service to the port witch they stopped doing awhile ago. Other than that, very much recommend.

Overall, we are pleased. The shuttle was quick, easy, and seamless. Pool was nice but wish it were open later considering it is fully lit. A private safe in the room is sorely needed.

Exhausted and fleeing evacuation orders, we tried to check in around noon and were turned away after being ignored and then asked to step aside in favor of someone she thought was trying to check out but was also trying to check in. When help staff appeared and asked next, bypassed again for next in line vs is at the side. At 3:30 after napping in the parking lot at the beach, it went better and happily checked in by someone else. Room was okay but the bed springs creaked loudly every time we moved… very plain Jane room but we were safe. Nice to be home. Also when projections for hurricane changes we tried to add a third night (thurs) and it was twice the price! Outrageous

Stayed here during Hurricane Milton. It was clean and comfortable with parking in the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floor so we felt safe and felt that our car would not get flooded either.

The hotel was great. The check in staff was great. The transportation guy was rude, didn’t drop us off at the Southwest location because he said there was too much traffic. My husband has trouble walking so we had further to walk till we could get a wheelchair and the other man had a walker so he had to walk further also for a wheelchair.

Amazing Property! Rooms were wonderful. BEWARE of the airport shuttle! We signed up for 6am airport shuttle the night before. We were told be ready 5:45a everyone who rode that morning was told a differnt time. After waiting until almost 630a. The shuttle arrived at near capacity(20). 6 People had to stand in the aisle. Nothing to hang on to while standing the drive saw no issue with this. There was a broken seat as well that ended up cutting and bruising my wife.

So far is good not a problem

Not much to complain about, good stay but you have to pay to park daily. I’d stay again if I couldn’t get my usual retreat

The hotel is clean actually very clean . But the front desk girl check us in need training has no manner of talking to a customer. Had 3 room booked went an hour early around 2/2:30 Have been charged $30 for each room for early check in . Have been in so many of their hotels before never saw this for an hour early check in $30 extra After checking out there is like 3-4 different charges on my credit cards for each room . Have no clue what’s are they Please make sure you take your receipts before checking out . Probably they are just making their money whoever they can

This hotel is within one block of the entrance to the cruise lines. It is a top rate hotel at a reasonable price. Restaurant on the grounds is available for meals with the choice of a full range of all you can eat breakfast buffet ($20pp). The dinning area and food are excellent and nicely presented. We visit this hotel every time we take a cruise. The hotel includes a roof top pool and lounge area and a fitness center. There is also a business area for the traveling worker. Parking is in the hotel grounds costs $20 per night besides van service to airport (free) and to pier ($20).

Location perfect. Good security. Quick elevator. Kind staff. Everything was good. Surely will come back!!!

Great service! TV had a block on the channels Sunday had to go with out the tv until Monday! I think 20.00 dollars a day was a little high for parking!

Facility very clean. But staff/management are dishonest and manipulative
