Great location, very spacious apartment, comfortable!

Terrific well equipped apartments. Great location to explore Edinburgh.

We enjoyed our stay at KM apartments. Lovely location and had everything we needed. The only issue we had was that our room was positioned directly above a loading bay, which unfortunately made a very loud noise/shook the room when deliveries were made, and woke us up for quite a while around 5/6am on the Sunday. However, we had no problems the next morning and we were only there 2 nights. Likely only an issue on weekends, and only for that room.

Property not very child stroller nor disable friendly

It’s a great stay for families, everything is clean and spacious. However there’s some stairs leading to the apartments which may pose some issues to individuals with luggages and would have been better if there was air conditioning

Nice and smart little apartment with a great location. Yes its in a student block but the apartments are on floor 3 which are different. However, lots of student's this weekend.

Very expensive for what is essentially ‘student accommodation’ but was immaculate and quite close to old town. Lots of students around as other floors are for the students. Staff very friendly

Really enjoyed my stay at KM. The apartment had everything I needed.

It is basically university housing. It is a bit tight for space but is in a great locaton. We walked from the train station with the suitcases. The combo microwave and oven took a while to figure out.

Possibly on me but I didn’t realise this was shared with student apartments. Not a big deal but there was more noise than expected. All in all still good.

The apartment itself was wonderful. Extremely clean and homey. There were a few downsides unfortunately. The hallway smell needs some attention. Our televisions worked, but the cable connection was too poor to watch anything. To be fair, we experienced a heavy storm while there, so that could have contributed. The only other negative was the fact that laundry was mentioned as being available. Upon asking about their facilities, we were highly discouraged from trying to use them (it)- single washer and dryer. My hunch was because the facility houses U of E students, and they prefer to steer outsiders from using the machine they have. However, I was told about the "Laundry Cafe"....a 7 min walk from KM apts. A bit pricey at 19/load, but was well worth it. Your clothing is washed for you while you shop around town, or sit in the cafe and sip coffee.

The layout of the room does not make it feel small.

The University of Edinburgh runs a lovely catered apartment set right in the heart of their residence facility which allows for ease of getting around not only the city but if you are headed to the university (as I was) puts you right on the front doorstep. Lots of different flat configurations are available - I chose a studio as I had my son with me. It was great to have split levels to give you some space to yourself as well as a nice kitchen and simple (but comfortable) shower and toilet. Two reasons it's not five stars: 1. The internet was wobbly during our stay which may have been a fluke but as it was primarily a work trip was an annoyance. 2. Their breakfast had close to zero vegan options. Had I known I wouldn't have booked it (considering that Edinburgh is a very accommodating city) I don't think this should put anyone off coming, however. I think if you are looking for a location close to town but set back enough that you can work and rest in peace, it's perfect. I would definitely stay again.

We LOVED staying there, and the staff at the front desk and in the dining room all were exceptional! Not sure you can fix what the apartment needed: electric switches totally confusing - can you label them? There was NO SPACE on the right side of the bed (there should have been an extra foot there) - could a shelf be pot in for the trapped person’s phone or glass of water? A few additional hooks in the bathroom? TV didn’t work, but Heather came up to help us. Otherwise, kitchen well equipped, and all very clean. THANK YOU - fabulous location!

Very tidy and cozy room with kitchen, though we did not make use of it. The staff are very nice and the guidance to the room is clear. It is on the other block but definitely not difficult to find. There are lifts but still you will have around 10 steps of stair. It takes 15 mins from the train station and 10 mins from old town.

Very central and walkable location. Staff very friendly and attentive. I found the apartment hot and front desk immediately brought me a fan. Wifi would cut out on me occasionally, but otherwise a great little apartment. Considering part of the university it was quite quiet.

The room was a part of the University of Edinburgh student building. It was a little cramped but big enough for the missus and I We had everything we needed for our stay We enjoyed staying here

The room could have been cleaned a bit better, hairs in the bed and lots of hair in the bathroom sink which was actually clogging it up so I had to remove this myself. There was also quite a few marks and splashes on the glass next to the bed which had not been cleaned off. When we booked this it was not clear that this is actually inside the student halls so was a bit noisy

Very noisy street outside, windows felt insufficient with the noise.

Lovely property, lovely staff and place was spotless. Really spacious and the bed was super comfy. Good location and parking a short walk away would recommend to stay here

Great place! Only downside is the poor sound isolation.

It was amazing to stay, I do want to stay more if I can even though the bed in the upstair was chilly.

Lovely place to stay and had everything we needed to be comfortable. There was a fire alarm whilst there which resulted in being stood on the street for 45 minutes in -2 degrees. This was the only down side to the stay.

Felt extremely safe! Would stay again!

Waited 3 hours to check in to our room as the computers were down, but the rooms cwrds were sittting there to issue and did not have a time the issies were fixed
