The room was incredibly small. I cannot imagine how a large person would handle it I am a very petite person so I managed it but I mean That room was REALLY SMALL!

Nice hotel near the beach and close to town. WiFi not 100% . Room ok. Breakfast was also ok. Staff friendly and helpful.

single room like a prison cell and bathroom too small to sit on loo. Double room fine but on floor 6 with frosted windows and not enough electric light to see to put on lipstick still a bit cell like. But staff were wonderful with excellent English and did all they could to be helpful. No other English visitors at the time so rather lonely

We had a great time at the Hotel! The Beach was only 3 Minutes away. The rooms was clean and silent. The Stuff was really really friendly and the breakfast was good. We will totally come again when we will visit Las Palmas!

Very small room for one person , non-existen frigobar, very small bathroom also for one person , extremely small window

Good holiday and shops ,mall in the city of Las Palmas. Hotel is located close to the centre and the Atlantic ocean. Disadvantage is that the streets are narrow and busy when you decide to drive car by yourself. Anyway the hotel and Las Palmas was good.

The hotel was clean the staff really helpful and friendly. It was the right end of town so not too touristy and very close to the beach. It was perfect for what we were looking for.

We had a short break in our first time to Gran Canaria and chose this hotel based on previous reviews so wasn't surprised by anything as they were fairly accurate. We were not after a luxury experience and just wanted to explore Las Palmas by day and have somewhere clean and functional.

Too expensive for what this hotel offers. No free parking places close to the hotel and wifi worked sometimes.

I stayed for 3 nights whilst visiting family. It was the first time I had stayed in the Hotel Alisios and I was impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff are friendly and the hotel is a 30 second walk from the lovely Playa de Las Canteras seafront. On the downside, the bed and pillows werent very comfortable (rock hard bed and small, firm pillow), but I have found this to be the case in virtually all of the many different hotels that I have stayed at in Las Palmas. Also, the wifi was woefully slow (so bad that I reverted to using the 3G on my phone for data because it was faster !!!), so if youre visiting Las Palmas on business and need a fast, reliable internet connection this may not be the hotel for you ! But overall I was satisfied - its a decent value hotel and I would happily stay there again.

One minor complaint: There were no English-language TV channels, and no list of TV stations provided in the room.

We stayed 2 nights and it was great though we did not enjoy sun bathing to the beach due to weather condition. But the place really clean great view, outside invironment were clean, hotel location is ok very near to beach, front desk staff were great, the only thing that was not good was our card key left on the inside door was taken by the cleaner in accident? As we purposely left it on so to charge our ipad, and the cleaner clean our room without informing us, also we did not know that if we wont allow our room to be clean we should leave card not to disturbed but we were not given the card. But anyway everything is ok. And i really appreciate the cleanliness of the hotel

Couple, one week

We booked this Hotel the night before we arrived. Staff was friendly and chatty and the check-in was very smooth. The location was perfect. Everything was in walking distance. We went at a time when the weather wasnt great for sunbathing, but the weather was perfect for walks along the seaside, which are again a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The room was bigger than we expected, and the bathroom was also very spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and had a very good nights sleep.

Staff were pleasant, basic hotel as 3star, disappointed that I paid extra for a double room but did not get this only the lowest level single room with no financial reimbursement. They also would not allow me use the computer to print my boarding pass (I am old school and my phone does not do internet) I found a ciber cafe that allowed me and this only cost 0.70euro
