The bed was a little too firm for me and bathroom too small but the service was very good

We found a dirty sock left on the floor by previous occupant. The bathroom sink would backup and not drain well. Hyatt’s bathrooms are small and tight. Did not receive an apology after reporting the issues.

Great stay overall. Beds were incredibly comfortable. Nice hot shower. Breakfast was good, although the eggs were consistently cold every morning. Good variety. Hotel was very closecand convenient to the Lenovo Arena ans NCSU area. Only minor complaint was the bathrooms are tiny.

Excellent option for our stay. Great location close to the airport. Beds were comfortable and lots of counter space. Microwave was very nice to have. Had our 3 person family loved the beds and aunt had plenty of her own space on sofa couch.

The hotel itself was nice and cleaned. Fresh paint in the lobby. I loved the open bar until 12. The room was spacious but there was a large stain in the carpet and the sink wouldn’t drain properly and in the morning when I tried to open the sun curtain/blinds unit the whole unit fell on my hand bruising it pretty bad. I went and complained and showed the manager what the curtain/shear blind unit did to my hand. They gave me extra points on my rewards program but only 5,000 points. That’s not even enough for a free night. I loved the hotel and lay out of the room but the cleanliness and me getting hurt ruined my hotel experience.

The hotel was very nice and modern. The breakfast was excellent abs kitchen staff was very helpful with answering my wurst as my daughter had did allergies. I was impressed that they even had a small bar. The beds were a little soft for my liking, but that's just a personal preference.

Fabulous stay in every way. We live outside of Asheville and our hometown was uninhabitable. We had our three year old grandson with us. Everyone at the hotel made us feel so welcomed.

Stay here to go to horse shows at the James B Hunt arena. Hotel is close to show grounds and many food or store options. Glad it is pet friendly. Very clean and quiet. Lots of space in the big rooms.

Disappointed that after calling several times to get hotel rooms next to each other as we have 7 people in our family we were separated by 2 floors. Both rooms had water damage in the bathrooms.
The staff were courteous and the breakfast was great for our group of 5 kids.

Staff was polite but not very informative or helpful. We had elevator and smoke alarm maintenance during our stay in the building. A sign on our door said perhaps they would enter our room, even if occupied! But when I asked at the front desk what does that mean they just said probably won't happen and the sign was one they use every year...then 2 days later whole hotel was awakened at 6:30 am by smoke alarms...no explanation ever given when we were allowed to re enter hotel.
Location was great off freeway, close to airport, gas, and McDonald's. Room was basic but overall clean enough.
