Our room had the perfect view of one of the volcanoes. The staff were all very helpful and nice. We booked a massage and reserved their roman bath which turned out one of our favorite in this hotel. I am glad we booked this place.

Alejandro and the other 2 girls helping up front were awesome! They made my life so easy despite a few minor challenges that week! I appreciate all of you and your help carrying up and down and the wonderful breakfasts and the late night pizza! Hope I can see all you next year. Gardens are AMAZING and this place is very tranquilo!

La Hosteria is very beautiful, clean and the staff that works there is very nice! Had a hot stone massage and it was wonderful!

It has a pretty courtyard with lovely plants and trees. But the hotel is outdated. We lost water and power multiple times through the week long stay. Towels, if there were any in my room, had stains on them. It’s a cute place but needs some attention

We so enjoyed our stay, we wished we could have stayed longer. The hotel is in an old building full of character decorated in an eclectic style. Reception is in an arched room complete with chandelier and artwork. From reception you enter a courtyard shaded by mature trees. We enjoyed the artworks in the public areas. The rooms are simply and stylish – old furniture, white bed linen and well thought out storage. The bathroom had a deep bath. Outside our room were a quiet sitting room and a patio. Both welcome a place to rest. The views from the patio were spectacular – volcanos and sunsets. Breakfast was fresh – buffet style. The all-day filtered water and boiling water station was very much appreciated. The hotel offers a spa service that included a sauna, a hot spa bath and a warm plunge pool followed by the massage of your choice. We recommend spa – two hours of bliss. Thank you.

This hotel is charming, and perfectly located for you to walk to all the major touristic sites. Everything was perfect, I would definitely go there again.

Charming hotel with a personal touch. Booked a spa, but unfortunately it didn’t work - it mechanically problem, no heat and no hair dryer in the room.

The hotel is really beautiful, located in the centre, close to everything and very convenient. It has a very nice patio interior where you can have breakfast enjoying the good weather! One of the highlight of our staying in Arequipa!

Hotel was beautiful. Layout was very unique and different. Room was fantastic two balconies and a giant soaking tub at a very reasonable price. Breakfast was great staff was great. Exactly what we were looking for. Front desk also let us check in when our bus arrived at 5am which was a huge perk.

Very beautiful and quaint space, with several terraces. I enjoyed my stay, although the shower was only luke warm.

It is a very quaint hacienda but we got the three seater on the ground floor which was damp and dark. Try to get the rooms upstairs

La Hosteria has an absolutely beautiful courtyard and shared balcony area with great views of Arequipa. Our room was a bit on the small side, but still very comfortable and had a nice, affordable mini-bar. The staff was friendly and helpful and spoke great English.

While we stayed at La Hosteria, we scheduled an hour of private use of the pool, sauna, and hot tub. It did smell a little off at first but you got used to it. The place is rustic and in the heart of the city. The Plaza De Armas is within walking distance as well as many good restaurants. The streets are bustling and full of life with people sitting on benches and stairs and just enjoying themselves. I would recommend getting a room with a balcony because it makes waking up against the backdrop of El Misti that much more impressive.

It is classified as Hostel, but actually it is more a Boutique Hotel, it has two beautiful courtyards, sunny with lots of plants. The bedrooms are 5 stars, have new tasteful furniture, big flatscreen tv, great beds and feather duvets, beautiful views, a bathtub in the bedroom, and great details in the spotless bathroom. There are a couple things that could have been better, it needed a heater in the bedroom, it was freezing at night (so the beautiful bathtub is almost useless, you would be freezing as soon as you get out) and the poor quality of the toilet paper. The location is perfect, 5 minute walk in safe nice streets to get to the main plaza, and around the corner of Monasterio de Santa Catalina, one of the major attractions of the city.
