Excellent stay. Spacious room and bathroom, very comfortable bed, friendly and professional service everywhere, easy parking on premises. A very convenient overnight stop on our way home. There is a restaurant on property with very good food. Highly recommend this place if in the area.

Other guests were loud and obnoxious, hotel didn't seem to care. Neighbors kept slamming their door all night and a fight broke out in the parking lot outside our window. Barely got any sleep and considered leaving in the middle of the night.

This property was decidedly not what I'd expect for a hotel with their rating. The room had a very peculiar/unclean smell to it. The restaurant option was so bad. The mattress was sagging. I think because it has a spa it gets more credit than it probably should

The property and surroundings are super nice. The room was very clean and the bed was really good. What we DIDNT like was the trains going thru most of the night with EXCEPTIONALY loud horns. 4 trains between 10pm and 3:30 am. VERY hard to sleep. That’s a deal breaker for any return stay for us.

Worst experience of my whole trip

Everything was perfect until I forgot to grab my iPhone charger and wire! I was on my way to a medical procedure so I was nervous and i left it accidentally. I called 2 hours later knowing that the cleaning staff was near my room I was hopi g they had picked it up! They didn’t report it so I’m assuming they took it home! I called again and I was told by the staff that since the room was already inspected there was nothing that they could do! I won’t be staying there again because I despise thrives!

The customer service by all the staff was awesome. Always greeted with a smile and asked if we needed anything or help woth something.

I didn't like that weird people came out bushes an were taking cigarette butts out the ashtrays i put out. Gives u a stalker feeling lol. Other then that great hotel nice rooms. Thanks for the stay.

My husband and I decided to stay overnight at the Win-river Hotel and Casino. The staff throughout the hotel, casino, and restaurant were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The staff suggested we sign up for Player Cards, which allowed us gambling chips or a discount in the restaurant, which we enjoyed for breakfast the next morning. We will surely stay at the Win-river Hotel and Casino should we be staying in Redding in the future.

Hotel staff are excellent. Faithope checked us in and so super. She has a great triage style, energetic personality that sets the tone.

The room was very noisy. They put us right by the stairs. Not sure why we keep getting poorly located rooms when reservations are made through Expedia. We do a lot of traveling and more times than not we have this issue.
