Property Manager (Teresa) was very friendly, responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed and the apartment was clean and very close to everything we wanted to explore.

This property was really enjoyable, close to all the sites. Teresa, our host at the front desk was very kind and helpful. She accommodated all our requests, provided guidance for what sites to visit, she provided a long list of places to enjoy local cuisine and helped with all our needs. The welcome gif of a bottle of wine was a nice surprise. I would highly recommend this property and give special kudos to Teresa.

We rented a 2-bedroom apartment at Elvira Suites for 1 night. Good central location, not accessible by car but parking is available nearby. The property was in very good condition. There was a welcome gift bottle of wine, nice gesture but the wine was bad. The living room was spacious though could benefit from an extra couch - seating was tight for 4 people and there is space for more/better furniture. The full kitchen was OK, but would also benefit from a dishwasher. The bedrooms were minimalist furnished but comfortable. We didn't use the outdoor areas but they looked nice. We had an overall good stay but it could have been a bit more comfortable with better furniture.

There is no reception. It is not a hotel. It is a condominium. Someone will meet you there to check you in via email. They give you a code which is an access to the front door but they gave us the wrong code and we couldn't get in. We were locked out for 2 hours in the cold. When we did get in our room there was no heat we were freezing.We had to demand something be done or we were going to leave and go to a real hotel.And finally gave us another room.By then.It was midnight.We do not recommend this hotel

This flat offers a seamless check-in process, even when the reception is off duty, ensuring convenience for guests. The cleanliness is top-notch, maintaining a tidy and inviting space. Situated in a prime location, it provides easy access to city attractions. Additionally, the quiet ambiance allows for a peaceful stay. While locating the nearest parking garage posed a minor challenge, it didn't significantly detract from the overall positive experience.

Had a great stay at Elvira Suites. The manager was even able to help us by keeping our baggage at the property while we visited the city on the day we checked out.

The property was large and within easy walking distance to key sites. The reception was warm and welcoming and helpful up to our arrival and throughout our stay. It was a great property and great value for money.

I loved the apartment. Very comfortable, spacious and clean. Nice to have the convenience of a washer, coffee maker, kettle and toaster and to be able to make our own breakfast. The apartment was stocked with coffee pods, washing detergent and we were even given a bottle of wine. Bed was comfortable. Only downside was that the street it is on isn't very nice. It is a very convenient location and walking distance to all the tourists sites.

Very nice property, eight apartments in the same building. Interesting neighborhood with lots of dining and shopping opportunities. The apartment we stayed in was quite large with a spacious bedroom, kitchen. bathroom and sitting atea. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

clean with a great location, a walking distance from the main street, though surrounding area wasn't expected, it was noisy and not clean. A few things needed to be fixed in the apartment. and it was not comfortable for 4 people as it said, (two or three max)

I do not recommend anybody to drive there by car. Public Parking is impossible and can be 20 min walk to the nearest public paid parking! Took me 60 min driving in the complicated one way narrow streets to find the PP , and then see the sign that they are full.

The person who checked us in was extremely helpful. The location is excellent. There was no decor and rather sterile apartment.

Given the high ratings on Expedia, we were very disappointed at the condition of the two-bedroom apartment we rented. First, the apartment appears neglected, from broken and sagging curtains to broken window latches and lamps. Second, the apartment was not thoroughly cleaned. The shower had hair on the floor from prior occupants as well as partially used toiletries in the soap tray. The kitchen towels provided for our use were wet and soiled with food and many of the dishes were either wet and/or dirty. Third, the apartment lacked basic items such as hand soap in the bathroom; toiletries; paper towels; or a dish cloth for washing dishes (there was a somewhat dirty sponge under the sink which we opted not to use). While the location of the apartment is close to sites, the street it is on is questionable in terms of safety. On a positive note, Teresa (who checked us in) was terrific and welcoming. Also, the apartment is very spacious and had good air conditioning. In comparison to other apartments we rented throughout Spain, this apartment was overpriced. We would stay elsewhere if we returned to Granada.

First, the positives - The people that managed this place were very nice, helpful, and communicative. Appreciated this very much! And for a family of four, it was one of the more spacious options that I could find in Granada. The street on which it is located did not impart a feeling of safety, particularly when returning to the apartment at night. Also, the cleaning job on the place was far less than thorough. And the air conditioning was so cold that we were uncomfortable and impossible to adjust. So unless you wanted to run the air and sleep with the windows open at night to heat up the apartment, it was chilly! For the price paid, it was fair. But if we went back to Grenada, I would look for somewhere else to stay.

This was a very large apartment- so much nicer than getting a little hotel room. It had everything you need and during a heat wave it was great to come home and chill out (literally) in air conditioning! There was plenty of room to work, eat, whatever! Thank you!

Welcomed by Alex on arrival. Very helpful and knowledgable of the area and happy to share. Very local to all the main tourist sites. Great places to eat nearby.

The rooms were large, cool (after coming in from hot days touring around!) and comfortable. The staff was friendly, accommodating and personable, including with our children. The location was central and it was easy to walk to groceries, sites, and restaurants. A bottle of wine and two wine glasses on the kitchen table were a great touch! We felt very welcome and comfortable in our suite.

The hotel is not the best quality - the pictures are a bit deceptive in terms of how nice it looks. It was a very good location however and the availability of a stove was much appreciated.

Clean, modern, spacious and well equipped apartment that is great for a family. Great location to sites and many good restaurants close by. Management was very helpful with our checkin. A free bottle of wine was waiting for us as a welcome gift. 10/10. Definitely coming back.

We stayed for 3 nights and we loved it! The apartment was very spacious and location was excellent. We walked everywhere. We will definitely stay again!
