A lovely small hotel in a central location. The welcome and local advice given was much appreciated by us, as was accessing the room early. It is hardly possible to get a better location in Palermo although there was some street noise on a Saturday night. The bedroom and bathroom had plenty of space and we loved the cute decor touches. A filling breakfast was supplied with local pastries. We would stay here again.

Filimina was a tremendous host. She helped with directions, best sights to see, and good places to eat! She also gave us an outlet adapter when ours wouldn't work!!! She was very thoughtful!

Dimora Bellini is a lovely place to stay right in the middle of the city. The location is wonderful for getting to a lot of the tourist sites in Palermo and also for those off the beaten track. The location also meant it was possible to make multiple expeditions in a day and return to the hotel with shopping or just to refresh from the city heat. This means you have the associated sounds of a busy market street and traffic till late in the night. The staff are very helpful, giving time to help plan my days and giving directions which was very much appreciated as I am not an Italian speaker. This made me able to use my time in the city better. Staff were also reachable on the phone and were able to provide luggage storage after checking out. The breakfast was always filling and delicious with a menu to choose from daily. One can eat in the shared area or your room which all beats getting misunderstood by the local restaurant staff. Room service was good with fresh towels and toiletries provided regularly.

Location is great and room was ok but Wi-Fi has never worked in 3 days and my room was not made up once bcs I didn’t inform them I was going out/it was ready to be cleaned (lol)

At first, Super big thank you for changing My room, to better one for free 🥰 Grazie Mille Kiitos paljon for always so helpfull, and sunny receptionworker Flaviana. At the first moment we met, I felt myself very welcome here. I always got help, no matter what was the question about. Great tips, recommentations where To go, what To eat, or translating Italian description. Big thank also belongs to Marqeta, lady behind housekeeping and breakfast serving (Sorry I'm very bad at names, but you Will recognize her warm smile from a miles away :) Breakfast is the most important meal at the Day, and it was a pleasure started with here. Breakfast was good and tasty: Different kind of meats, cheeses, fress fruits, also slided ones, boiled eggs, 3 type cerials, cheese&ham pie, bread, yogurt etc... And also some sweet To eat with special expresso, latte or caffe americano maded fress for u. Pictures doesn't lie at all, this place is as good as it looks like on the Page. My Rooms was beautifully decorated. BED was BIG and Sooo Good To sleep, big pillows was super nice . Bathroom was like a another room, it looked stunning. For me Dimora Bellini was a perfect touch To get see Palermo city easily, and the Best start for My Sicily trip. I`m gonna give you 6/5 Aki From Finland

Best hotel/B&B I've ever stayed in. Recently renovated, the craftsmanship and decor are fabulous. The hostess Valentina was wonderful and patient and helpful. Comfort and quiet. Breakfast was outstanding. From the outside street view it does not look like much, but inside it's fantastic. Located on Via Maqueda in the tourist center of Palermo. If I ever go back to Palermo .. I am staying here again, no question.

I try check in at 8pm but the owner was not there ....also dont speak English.Finally i get into after 3-4 phone calls and head to my small but cheap room.The day after i complain about my "smell" into my room and they assure me that will take care of it.The second night was even worst....smell was TERRIBLE in my room....BTW the room they gave me was into main lobby-area but a small single room into lower floor ...so noisy as well from the bar across the street

While we did have a slight snafu at check in, it was nothing that couldn't be overcome. We arrived after hours but our rooms were labeled with keys on the front desk for us. We were given an incorrect key to one of our two rooms. We called the managers and our problem was resolved. They told us where to get the correct key and we were fine. Great location, great cleanliness, very friendly managers. They offered a very small breakfast, but we aren't breakfast people so that is of no concern. Overall a great hotel. Definitely a hidden gem that we would stay at again and again.

The staff at the hotel made my experience absolutely incredible, not often I can confidently say that my experience in a hotel was a pleasure but this time it most definitely was. Great location, great rooms, service and staff that go over and above to help. Highly, highly recommend.

Beautiful and comfortable room. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

The place is in an excellent location on the main pedestrian road and close to most of the main sights. We walked everywhere. The room is tastefully decorated. Breakfast was good. The hosts were excellent and accommodating. The cleaning of the room was not very good and the drain was blocked even after having informed them. Please be aware that there are many steep steps to climb and there is no lift.

We had the best time staying here with the help of our new friend Marco!! He is the best host. Great breakfasts with cafe latte and espresso! The hotel is in a prime location near many sights with shops and great restaurants nearby. The rooms are well styled with efficient AC. Note that there are stairs to access the hotel from the street and no elevators. Definitely recommend for your stay.

Dimora Bellini was a great B&B in the heart of Palermo. It was really close to all of the main sights, and conveniently located on Via Maqueda. The host was great, helping us to drop our bags early, and giving us great advice on what to see, where to eat (and where not to!) and which of the markets were worth visitng. The room was really well appointed with everything you would need for your stay, and the breakfast was great. A real tranquil place to stay in the bustling heart of Palermo

After dinner and drinks we returned to the sound of thumping rap music, shrieking and shouting from the property next door. The walls were as thin as paper. The party continued until 3:30 in the morning. There were no staff in the building to complain to as they do not stay on site, only a mobile phone number is provided. We sent a message but received no reply. It was the worst night I've ever spent in a hotel. I would not recommend it.

Very good room, shower, breakfast. Perfect location. Hotel arranged for Roberto to pick me up from the airport and he was super . Stopped on the way to the hotel so I could get cash at an ATM. Carried my extremely heavy bag up the stairs.

We had a great stay at Dimora Bellini. The building exterior is not encouraging at all. But inside it is very nice and charming, small but very cute. Our host Angela was a sweetheart, nice and helpful. The breakfast was nice, although in a tiny spot. The room is a bit on the tight side, but very comfortable and nicely decorated. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The neighborhood looks rundown, but its what Palermos old town looks like. Next door to the hotel theres a great wine bar, Enotequa, and a place selling Arancine (fried rice balls) that is always crowded. For the music lovers, theres the additional attraction that Bellini, the composer himself, lived in the place.One word of caution: traffic in Palermo is chaotic. The hotel street is closed to cars, which demands a big detour through tiny alleys to get to the hotels door. Make sure to call in advance if youre driving. Nearby parking is not difficult, though, surprisingly.
