Very nice staff, very clean, and accommodating

I was booked at another hotel that was awful. I left and looked up this one then booked a reservation. The staff was amazing. Hotel was clean, comfortable and a safe environment. I had an amazing experience and this is my new favorite place.

Nice place, convenient to Katy Mills

The hotel was beautiful, the staff were extremely nice and helpful. The location of hotel was great , close to shopping areas, food and activities for my family and I. My family and I will definitely stay here again in the future. We all truly ENJOYED our stay here.

Our stay was okay. Could have been much less stressful as it was a back to school vacation for the kids. My biggest problem was the hotel placed three pending transactions on my card. One was reversed on check in day, and one posted. But then on the day of checkout another pending transaction posted and placed the money in my bank account on hold. The manager had no idea and said it should release in a few days but I could not get a clear answer of why it happened in the first place. When we first arrived to the room, we sanitized, unpacked and went to the pool around 5 pm. Around 7 pm the lights went out in the building for about 3.5 hours. There was no bad weather or anything around us that should have caused this to happen. We were stuck in a hot room with children, soaking wet and bathing using our cellphone light with no estimated time of restoration. It was too much to pack up and move my family of 6 to another hotel so we set a time to wait before we moved to another hotel. The morning of check out, the plugs in the entire room were not working. My phone did not charge and we almost overslept past check out time.

Everything was just perfect! The indoor pool was awesome! The staff was outstanding and the restaurant was amazing and delicious.

There could be better or more luxury hotels in the area, but this Holiday Inn, is more that many others I have tried in Katy. I will be back for sure.

Nice hotel, reasonable price

Excellent experience at this location, had a wonderful 2 day stay. Friendly and helpful staff, cozy environment and great activities available to pass the time.

The check in was great, the room was exactly as pictured and the hotel was quiet. Even the burger in the restaurant on the first floor was great. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and modern room with plenty to do around the area.

Near my cousins house whom I was visiting, convenient, quiet and safe.

No power, no help from staff, and management ignored my request to resolve

The layout of the rooms made it very comfortable for our family with teenagers who like to stay up late and not be in the same room as the parents. The separate living area with a door to the bedroom was great. The location of this hotel was very convenient. Everything was within minutes with lots to do.

We got there late, do to a late flight. The room assigned had some one in it. So they gave us another room. It did not work for our family, so they put us in a third room. I am so appreciative of the staff for being so accomidating. It always make the staff better with a great hotel staff. The rooms were grood quality & cleanliness. Typical of what you would expect from a holiday inn. No complaints.

*NO FREE BREAKFAST* Despite this hotel’s cleanliness, convenience and friendly staff, I may not have booked here had I known breakfast wasn’t included. The wording “breakfast available” is a little misleading. Breakfast can be purchased. I felt like the location was safe and near dining and shopping which was nice. The hotel was very clean and the beds comfortable. The staff were all very friendly.

I reserved a king suite with a tub/shower combination, when I checked in I was given a king suite with a shower, I was told they were all sold out, when I placed my reservation there were 2 available

A little dissapointed that the hotel charged $14 per person for breakfast. So, needless to say, we didnt eat at the hotel.

Not very quite place, but the hotel is nice!

All was good. The Bar closed at 10:00 would have liked it to be open later at least until 11:00.

Staff was kind and professional throughout the stay.
