Incredible place to stay close to historical site, conveniently located close to main railway station.

Conveniently located and a comfortable place for a group stay. Apartment was quite new and had everything we needed. More like a serviced apartment than a hotel but clear instructions were given to get in etc.

When access the smell of the room is too bad because they just recently clean it with smelly detergent.
Floor a lot of dust and I think they did not clean the room properly.
Basic Room is very very small that we couldn’t move freely inside.
Basic room look fine in picture but in reality is for for one person.
I am sure other room more bigger but if the pictures was showing the exact size, I would have chose other room type.
Please take real pictures and show real size of room. In the site you show basic room like can fit for three people. It is not.
Sadly we wanted to upgrade but all rooms taken and we had to stay.
Location is good. Safe and I am sure other room type will be much lovely. Lucky also building has lift.

Very nice, clean and spacious apartment. Easy communication with the owner. Close to main square, shopping mall and major attractions. Will definitely stay there again.

Fantastic appartment in a great location, within walking distance of many bars and restaurants. They also organized tour of Auschwitz and transfer from the airport. Would highly recommend staying here.

Nothing to fault with this accommodation. Yes, it is an apartment, not a hotel, so you have to arrange a time to pick up the key, but communication was fantastic, so no problems. Apartment was lovely, clean, well equipped. I had read reviews about the noise of the trams, so knew to have my earplugs ready. Curtains are thin, so I would also suggest an eye mask.

Property is in a great location, but it is very noisy to stay in. You can hear the neighbours dragging furniture around and there is a significant amount of construction in the neighbourhood. If you are staying, make sure to pack some earplugs.

The apartment was in a great location for visiting krakow. It was comfortable and nicely presented. The only thing I didn’t like was being next to the noisy railway line with trains noisily travelling past and honking from 4am.

Great apartment, spacious , modern and clean. A really great location, less than 5 mins walk to the main square, virtually next to the train station and large shopping mall that contained a large supermarket (the nearest one has closed). Really needed aircon though ..... it was HOT and that trains are noisy so sleeping was difficult (even though the beds were very comfortable). The trip (arranged by the apartment manager) to Auschwitz was good EXCEPT the driver did not drop us off back at the apartment but in the town centre instead ..... this made us a bit cross as you expect to be dropped back at the point you were collected from). Town centre places arrange the same tours for slightly cheaper so you could just book those instead.

Nice modern unit- sunny and roomy with a deck. Liked that it had a washing machine (no dryer) and full kitchen and underground parking space. Secure building with old city only a few blocks walk. Right on tram line. Easy check in and check out.
Odd layout in bathroom for towel rack and location of toilet- a bit tight. No air conditioning so a fair amount of street noise with windows open. Otherwise great.

Second time to this set of properties, last who s es you is friendly and can give any recommendations for trips or area etc.
There isn’t anything that you won’t have in the accommodation. Would definitely recommend for the accommodation and also location.
Will no doubt return again and stay here.

Perect. Great communication with Alex arranged our transport from and too Airport. Our flight was late arriving, we only got in at 11pm contacted Alex and this wasn’t a problem. Apt had everything we needed, great space kitchen/sitting room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom better than staying in a hotel only having 1 room.

Uber for transfers, it's cheaper than the pre-paid options (we were only £10 to return to the airport, whilst we paid £20 to get to the apartment on arrival.
Do visit Auschwitz and the salt mine. Very worthwhile.

A fantastic, clean apartment in a prime location for the local shopping centre and transport lines, and about 10 minutes from the city centre. Alex was a super host who couldnt do enough for us, including booking airport transfers and excursions that picked us up and dropped us off on the doorstep.

Saw pictures of the rooms, didnt really expect them to be anything like the photos, how wrong was I. The apartment was great, everything in it you could need. Very large & spacious. Clean. Great quiet area, secure building, less than a 10 minute walk from main train station & Galeria Krakowska. WiFi is good speed. Tram stop meters away. Few shops & bars only a minute or 2 away. A very warm welcome from Aleksandra who came to show us the apartment. Cant wait to go back.

Great location. Clean and spacious apartment. Only 5 mins walk from Galeria (shopping mall) supermarket is avail in the same apartment complex. Less than 10 mins to Old Town Square. Perfect location!

Great location. Easy access to almost everything. The supermarket just located in the same building is an added value. Friendly Alex whom helped us with the transfer arrangement and addressed all our concern. Thank you so much.

The place was ultramodern with aircon as a bonus especially appreciated as there were series of hot days in Krakow. Located on the 5th floor of modern building at the site of the old brewery. Came with a spot for our car in the underground garage. Communication with property manager was excellent. Superb alternative to the regular hotel. That was our second stay in that building and will come back given a chance. Top marks!
