I want to start out with the positives, the customer service/staff were amazing and very accommodating to holding our bags before and after checkout, and easy to reach via messaging! It was walking distance to groceries, restaurants, and the beach which were a plus without a car. The negatives, the beds were SO uncomfortable! Our living quarters had a weird, unpleasant smell possibly from someone cooking, we weren’t sure? The a/c was on a set temperature and we were very hot in the evenings. Pillows were paper thin and we had no wash cloths. Overall it’s not the worst place I’ve ever stayed, but we would not stay again.

I love the Italian owner. He has a strong accent, but friendly and inviting. It was my first time in Miami, so I didn’t know about pay parkings. The owner offered to pay for our parking for free of charge for 24 hrs. This was a blessing. B&B (breakfast) was delicious and made fresh once you wake up. I love the omelettes served at this location because it is not the traditional omelettes you get at Hamptons or other hotels. One thing I dislike was the house lizards in the backyard which is common in Miami - you will see them everywhere in Miami. Overall, great place to stay and most things are within walking distance. My friend and I walked to and from our B&B. Highly recommended.

The property manager was very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage due to our early morning flight into town until later in the day when our room was ready. The property was overall pleasant, the room had only the bed to sit on, no chair, bench or even stool. Our only real issue was with breakfast as the assortment of food that was consumed by others on the beautiful outdoor patio was extremely limited and we had a very petite breakfast. When we asked about this, the young woman smiled and started clearing the patio table, we took that as our que to leave.

We had such a nice stay at Villa Venezia BB! Ivone was incredible! We had a super warm welcome and they were so accommodating with all our needs. The check-in and out was easy and the property easy to find. The breakfast was so nice and we enjoyed meeting some of the other guests. We felt like we were with family. We would highly recommend staying here. We really enjoyed it.

Very nice and well maintained property lead by a very friendly Italien host, who at any point in time was ready to help. Great breakfast with best coffee in Miami (potentially even Florida). The room was a bit tiny for three adults, however we only stayed one night. Hence it was OK.
All in all I can recommend the place with pricing being adequate.

My husband and I stayed here for one night after disembarking a Caribbean cruise. The owner was super sweet and welcoming. He met us at the front gate for check in. We we were able to text with him before hand to schedule an arrival time. The room was very comfortable and the neighborhood was great. There is an awesome place to get greek food (Meraki Gyro & Bakery) a couple of blocks away and there is also a great coffee shop nearby (Cafe Umbria). Both the greek food and coffee shop were within walking distance. The breakfast was wonderful. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to stay here again in the future!

I had booked a three night stay but checked out after one night. Overpriced, dated bathroom, sheets needed replacing and disliked the property.

I had very good nights sleep. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. I especially liked the king sized bed as well as upon awakening I had no shoulder pains, like I normally do. The breakfast was excellent and made me feel at home.

Everything was pretty good and the owner was very friendly and respectful. The AC unit shut down at one point during the night and never came back. It was very uncomfortable to be inside.

We enjoyed our stay for 1 day right before our cruise. The location feels very residential and is within walking distance from the beach, shops and many restaurants. The staff were super nice and provided a lovely breakfast buffet the next morning. Recommended highly, especially since the fee were so reasonable for this booking.

The owner was delightful! He met us and helped with our parking. Very informative about restraunts in the area and we felt like we were staying with family. Breakfast was so nice outside in morning. Would stay again.!

It was the nicest, most quaint B&B I have experienced. Cleanliness, comfortable beds, delicious food, grounds and courtyard were amazing! I would highly recommend this location when visiting the Miami Beach area. I will return!

Loved this cute B&B... it was spacious, quiet, close proximity to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The staff was very friendly, and made sure to communicate with us before our arrival (via text).
The room was very comfortable (the bed was great!).
Breakfast was wonderful... outside in the garden area, fresh baked quiche, toast, waffles, fruits, bacon & sausage, juices, coffee & tea... delicious!
If we're ever back on this coast, we will stay here again!

Villa Venezia is nice and clean and the breakfast is very good. The street is quiet and it's just 10 minutes walk to the beach boardwalk. I hope to stay here again someday.

This was a great place to stay before my cruise. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. I would definitely choose to stay here again.
