Convenient area was good. Bed was hard. No safe. No hair dryer. No extra paper towels or toilet paper. Very noisy room... Could not sleep for traffic noise. Coffee maker not so clean.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and exactly like on the picture from the website. My only remark is that the floor in the hallway is completely broken and it gives a bad look!!!

my reservation didn’t include the room service, that I did not like. All 8 days without cleanind the room. Communication the best.

The place needs some care. Floor in the hall is falling apart. No basic supplies like paper towels or towels.

It’s my second time staying here and I absolutely love it. It has become my home in Medellin.

First of all I would like to say that the only reason I’m putting this review is for the owner to consider making this place a better place. The checking process is a nightmare they send you a lot of emails asking for registration. Then they send you a lot of tex messages asking for the same and a link to register where they ask for information I have never given in any place I have stayed before. Having done that when you get to the place the reception does the exact same thing again. So you don’t really know where the information is going. Is really stressful. Also you won’t have towels if arrive at 4 pm. The bring them at around 8pm with a lame excuse. They don’t answer immediately if you have a complaint and the guy that brings the keys is very impolite. In General this could be a very good location but they make it unpleasant for no reason at all.

Our stay was pleasant. The apartment was really nice and spacious. The staff at the frontdesk were very kind and helpfull. The only downside was that nobody came and cleaned the apartment throughout our entire stay. We even asked for clean linnens because our baby spilled milk on our bed. But we never received them or even heard anything back from the host.

Nice place

This is not a hotel but and apartment. The check in process was smooth and the property was clean and security always alert and on site. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The Mall is within walking distance and the options in the mall are excellent.

Overall the property was good for what I needed. They do need to do some upkeep on the property and in terms of apartment neccessities they need a better process to provide some items.

They advertise kitchenette and cutlery and that is not true. The stove didn't work and there was no silverware. I reported it but they didn't so anything. 24 hours WITHOUT WATER!!!! NO WAY TO USE THE BATHROOM.TERRIBLW

I liked the privacy and staff at the front desk. I wish there was more towels available and bed sheets.

I have stayed here a few times and each time it has been great .

I stayed 5 days and 4 nights and they never changed the towels, nor the bedding. The TV wasn't functional and although I requested them to resolve those issues, they never did, on the contrary, when I spoke to the host, she was hostile.

Loved the water in the shower , never disappointed

This place is very cozy and the staff are very friendly. The cafe and terrace is spot on. The work space is organized and has great Wifi. The inly downside is the gym but that doesn’t take away from the greatness of the place. I will be going back.
