Perfect location. Right next to the station. Bed was comfortable and room was perfectly clean

The AC doesn’t work that well. I set it to 18 degrees at around 7pm and it wasn’t that cool even by 11pm. It seems to be slightly centrally controlled but the lobby is much cooler

Location - it is very close to the station.

The room was too small & a bit claustrophobic. When we told the staff that the room was stuff, and the aircon/heater didn’t work, we were told to open the window cuz in “this season” we don’t switch on the aircon/heater :( A bit disappointing. We didn’t know that Breakfast is served only after 7am. So if you’re doing the Alpine Route and taking the 7:13am train from Matsumoto, do NOT book breakfast like we did. It will be a waste of money.

Location is excellent. Very close to the station. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Nice quiet location despite being so close to the station.

The location was very close to the station which was very convenient for getting around Matsumoto. There were also plenty of restaurants nearby. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were also very friendly.

I thought that the breakfast could have been better. It would have been nice to have some more options like different kinds of juice and cereal. The toilet was also a bit outdated.
