سكنت بالطابق الأرضي.. وهذا يزعجني لوجود السيارات وأصوات المشاة حول مكان الإقامة.

The location is almost in the center of the city. Basic needs items were available at a walking distance. The view outside the property was nice. The major attractions of the area are maximum 30 min away.

Needs to work on the cleanliness inside and around the property.

Instructions for key collection were not clear! I was booked into another property and I was moved by Amazon, two days out, to a property less pleaseant and more expensive.

The host Mr. Nasser was an incredibly nice and helpful host. We would like to say a big thank you to him! The location is good if you don't use a car. Everything you need is nearby.

The published location on the booking/website (43511, Alula) was incorrect. Google Maps directed us to this (nowhere) address. We called the number on the booking a couple of times with no response at the time. We then sought help from a Sweet Inn receptionist who called a person from Sweet Rose for the location. Finally, we managed to reach the property. The place is good location-wise and in facilities, but the rate is high compared with quality and cleanliness. Moreover, we had to pay cash as demanded by the caretaker.

The room itself is very good, comfortable.
