The staff was supportive.

I had booked Deluxe room for 3 nights and the one that they showed had water leakage issue and no other rooms were available , so I had to change my room to Premium room for which I had to pay extra. I had to tell what breakfast I need in advance in the previous night. Cleanliness - Poor, I had killed one big bug, few cockroaches. Don't go by the picture uploaded on bookings or on Google maps. I was fooled and disappointed. I had not done much review before booking therefore i faced this disappointment. You can refer to my pictures uploaded and make your decision to travel. For low cost and single day its ok. Otherwise I do not recommended.

Need to get my refund back from booking.com. it was the worst experience. I will never book any hotel from booking.com. Booking.com confirmed my booking but hotel was already fully booked when we tried to check in. They didn't give us any room and didn't pay our refund back.

I did not like the procedure for checkout.. they charged 500 for early check in and it was no where mentioned in the invoice. I booked another room for my colleague but they made the bill in my name

There was a rat in the room at the middle of the night. We had to vacate the room! Nothing was done about it. Spent the rest of the night looking out for rats and safeguarding luggage - and no responsibility / ownership from the Property owner / fabHotels / booking.com. Terrible experience!

Room are still ok with reasonable price. I would not recommend this room for any family.. below are the cons 1. the building is dirty and stinking.. no body cleans the premises 2. people have spit in the lift. can just use it 3. bathroom is not maintained well, toilet seat screws were off. no curtains installed for bath tub

it was perfect i love the way you guys take extra efforts to keep the cleanliness, the entire stay was so peaceful and amazing i was there for a two days rejuvenating energy time as my profession demands me to be at a go.

It was an amazing stay and have already stayed there a lot of time. I really like the property. Thanks for the hospitality
