Property was very comfortable. We had several meals that we prepared in the kitchen, and it was easy to find everything we needed.
The stairs were a challenge for my 84 year old age, but I considered it good exercise.
Our little dogs had the yard to explore, but the presence of the Canadian geese made it necessary to watch where you step..
Overall, we were happy and everyone said we should come to this house again next year.

Beautiful tri level home on waterfront property! Comfortable clean accommodations with plenty of beds, bathrooms, and TVs to accommodate everyone! My favorite areas were the porch on bottom and middle floors along with the boat dock area for fishing and watching full totality of the eclipse!

Two grandparents take 3 grandsons on a short spring break trip. The boys really loved having their own space (man-cave they called it).
Boys fished right off the dock.
Walking distance to Sam’s Pizza and short drive to Pirates Cove putt putt, and movies.
We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

Met with my husbands family for Christmas. Needed a place to accommodate all of our children and families with space for the rest of the family to have dinner and visit. Excellent layout of bedrooms and bathrooms for privacy and

The property was very satisfactory and in a beautiful setting! We discovered the multiple levels of stairs weren't our friends, but that wasnt the owner's fault. We have just outgrown them. Lol Would stay here again if younger and would definitely recommend as a rental to others.

Property was located close to Hot Springs. Three houses in cul-de-sac all owned by Rachel and Scott. The house we stayed in was well designed to sleep 8 folks with 3 baths and 4 bedrooms. The property was x-tra clean, there was items in cabinets to use, well stocked with towels. It was almost like staying at home. In addition, we got to visit personally with the owners which made our stay even better. We will be going back.

We stayed at this property for my birthday weekend. The location is perfect if you plan on going to the races and really anywhere in hot springs. We would definitely book it again.

We enjoyed our stay. Property was very nice and everything was just as it was advertised. Short trip to the races and great seafood!
