We stayed at the Bungalows which are small but well designed and fit everything we needed. The best thing about our stay was the service. It was amazing. The staff at the breakfast buffet were incredible as well.

I booked 4 rooms and they all had the same issue of sewage smell coming from the bathroom drains. They got increasingly worse every day and really affected our stay there. It was a shame because everything else about our stay there was exceptional! This was the only negative we found. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Asked for fresh milk, they wanted to charge us!! Hotel unfinished, no Resturant so had to order from hunger station which was a nightmare getting to us and poor quality, kitchen not stocked properly ie hobs to cook but no pans, only 1 cup, no washing up liquid or tea towel to dry dishes on, overpriced and not really a luxury hotel. Also rooms with single beds would b good for people traveling with friends

The property is new and clean, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. This is my second visit to Cloud7 and I’ve seen great improvements since my first visit. The reception area is now well placed on the property and the check in staff was efficient and accomodating.

This is not a negative for me, as I travel to AlUla for work. But some guests complain that the location is not near the Ashar Valley tourist resorts like Banyan Tree and Habitas. However, nothing is that far and I like the value for money, as well as the new facilities at Cloud7.

Staff are excellent and very friendly. Accommodating, when they could be. Rooms are very clean, and it's a really nice breakfast by the pool with amazing welcoming service by the team there. Good air-conditioning in the room, and easy parking outside your room.

It's definitely a work in progress. There is a lot of construction around, which I hope is to expand the property with facilities other than the pool. (ie. restaurant, gym). Price - What we found at Al'Ula, it was either extremely high prices, or very low with poor accommodation. Cloud7 fell in the highs, although there are places that are three times as much. When spending around USD $600 per night per room, you expect facilities or large accommodation. Location - at least half an hour drive from any of the major tourist hotspots, so a lot of driving needed. Bungalow - Tiny, but livable size. We were excited about the kitchenettes as we like to cook. But there were no cooking utensils at all, nor any sponge/dishwashing liquid to wash up. We asked if we could have a saucepan, but they couldn't supply anything, so we had to go and buy a pot. Also, no hairdryer in bathroom. It wasn't daily housekeeping either. We had to ask someone to come in and freshen up the room, but they only left water bottles. Had to wash the dishes with our fingers, and dry with our bathroom towels.

New, but this is the only positive thing.

Property is a construction site - noisy and dusty, inside and outside of the hotel. Access is impossible unless you go through the road under construction. Currently reception is one of the tiny rooms. There is no restaurant. If you arrive in the evening you have to drive for kilometres. Rooms are tiny 3.5 m wide. Hot water is enough for one shower. Bed is very small. Air conditioner blows straight directly to your head. Breakfast is mediocre at best.

- Super clean property. - The staff is very nice, kind and polite specially Mr Ahmed, he was supportive and welcoming . - The breakfast is delicious, outdoor tables with a nice view , the service was really good and the food is fresh. - perfect location, 20 minute from the airport , at the same time close to almost every thing.

they brought our first breakfast an hour late - so we couldn't enjoy it. the next day - one breakfast was missing. the room had one mug and nothing to use in the kitchen - why have a kitchen??

Very expensive for what is actually provided. Very limited staff and reception for $500+ USD a night hotel. There is noisy ongoing construction and construction workers are not shy about staring at you. When I first arrived it was not clear where reception was, instead I drove around a little getting eyed by several construction workers. Hard to enjoy pool when construction is ongoing next to you. No restaurant on site. Location is relatively poor, farther from attractions and not by restaurants - a car is necessary. AC unit is very loud and bright at night. Pool photos are outdated - they have built out new buildings by the pool so it’s not as nice as it looks. Honestly this hotel feels like a money grab right now - construction is not done, restaurant is not ready yet, but they’ve already opened even though they cannot provide the optimal experience yet for now. At $500 a night you expect much better and that is not what is provided - this hotel would not survive elsewhere charging more than $200 a night
