This property is directly on the water for fishing enjoyment. It is easy to reach and close to city amenities. Our family completely enjoyed the outdoors, and the kids loved the game room. Fun for all! Enjoy!

Great place to stay, very spacious and lots of room to have many people. Not to far from anything and right on the lake.

The house was absolutely gorgeous and perfect for our trip from California to visit family. Very very clean and the amenities surpassed our expectations. The whole family had an amazing time in and outside of the house especially all of us in the game room. The host was very responsive and communicated quickly and even had wood delivered for us while we were there! highly recommend this home to others, we will definitely be staying here again!

Perfect place if you have teens. This home was amazing. One of the coolest places we’ve stayed and we didn’t have to leave because there was so much there for the big kids to do. Home is completely stocked with anything that you need.

This home was perfect for our family getaway in Hot Springs! The teenagers loved playing pool and shuffleboard in the game room, and the bunk beds gave the kids an area of their own to hang out and sleep. We had 14 people across 4 families and had plenty of room both indoors and outside by the fire pit and hot tub. Lots of special memories made fishing off the dock, making s’mores in the fire pit, and just hanging out playing board games. You’re just minutes away from all the fun downtown and the scenic mountain views. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you’d need, and we made most meals at the house and enjoyed eating on the balcony and grilling on the outdoor kitchen. Caught plenty of sunfish off the dock, and my son brought his boat and was able to easily tie to the dock when he wasn’t fishing. Highly recommend Brian Wilson photography if you need professional pictures. The balcony was a perfect spot for pictures. One family member uses a walker and was able to access everything he needed on the main floor with only one step up at the front entrance. Our host was awesome and quickly responded to questions. Awesome experience all the way around!

This property was well laid out. All condos I have rented before gives you enough bath towels for one night. Which meant you had to wash every night. This place had an abundance of towels. Had a few cabinet appliances that wasn’t working (wear and tear) and they immediately replaced them. Management was on top of everything!
