Overall the stay was quite nice. Did notice a few things: water filter on refrigerator needs replacing (limits ice that can be made); no Kleenex (plenty of toilet paper though). Had a very strong thunderstorm sweep through area the 2nd evening of our stay - the hosts were very diligent in responding to need to clean up branches and leaves in pool area, and also super shocked the pool to prevent algae growth. This limited time we could use the pool, so hosts graciously provided a partial refund to us.

We picked this property after our lake vacation was flooded out. Pool area was perfect and kids spent hours in the pool. Owner was very responsive. Probably best experience I’ve ever had with Vrbo.

This property is amazing! It had everything we needed! It was so clean and beautiful. We had such a great time. Maria our host was so responsive and kind. Definitely book this property.

I cannot say enough outstanding things about our stay!! A group of friends were gathering in Omaha and this home was perfectly perfect!! From the gorgeous decor, to the layout of the home to easily accomodate all of us, to the incredible pool, hot tub, patio with multiple excellent sitting areas, a firepit, even towels for the hot tub! Tons of towels inside for showering too! The easiest "check out" process of most any VRBO I've rented!! And, during the process and during our stay, Maria was amazing at communicating when I had a couple of questions!! We 100% will book this home again! Also, we did not have children with us, but there is an adorable little park right across the street and the neighborhood itself is super charming and quiet!! What a little piece of paradise in Omaha!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

The neighborhood is nice and quiet with a park across the street. The house is very clean and comfortable. We were very easily able to make ourselves at home. Would definitely stay again if in the area.

Plenty of room to spread out. Well stocked. Wish the weather would have been warmer because the backyard looked like a great place to hang out. We would rent again.

Had our family stay the weekend as some us were going to a concert downtown. Was nice to be away from busyness of Omaha & have plenty of room to spread out & be able to cook! Wish it would have been summer to use the pool!

We had a great stay in Omaha! The pool and hot tub were a great addition to our stay with the unexpected gorgeous weather in October. Plenty of space for everyone in our party to have somewhere to sleep.

Things didn’t work out the way I had planned but I still had a blast in the pool n hot tub. A little heavy on the chlorine in the hot tub but overall an amazing property.

We enjoyed our stay and the ability to work and brainstorm in multiple locations and well as relax over our lunch break by the pool!

We stayed here for my daughter’s 18th birthday. We all loved the pool and hot tub. Plenty of seating outdoors. Lots of pool floats and towels for everyone. House was very clean and welcoming. Check in was a breeze. I would highly recommend you stay here, especially during the summer months to enjoy the pool!!

The house was very clean beautiful on the inside. The pool and backyard were excellent and we enjoyed our time enjoying all the outdoor fun.
Suggestions: the front yard looked like it needed some TLC which is unfortunate because beyond that everything else was amazing!
Could use a couple more kitchen towels and extra heavier blankets/comforters
Those are just suggestions though and by no means affected our stay negatively. We plan to come back next summer!

The property was clean and ready when we arrived, with snacks set out for us. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless and pool was perfect. The included pool toys were great for the kids and adults alike. The owners were very responsive and brought a spare propane tank over within minutes after we messaged them about a low reading on the grill. We had an amazing stay and wished we had the time to extend our trip. We will definitely try to stay here again!

We were very happy with this property and the whole communication process throughout our stay. The house was very clean and thoroughly stocked with towels, toiletries, kitchen supplies and even a cute coffee bar. The pool and hot tub were wonderful! Our kids loved the toys and floats that were available and we loved the fact a pack and play (2 actually!) and highchair were already provided. They also had extra blankets and pillows and semi-firm beds which we found very comfortable. The home was right next to a quaint park and many restaurants are within a couple miles away. Overall, one of the best experiences we have had at a VRBO!

We enjoyed our two night stay at this property. It was big enough that we were able to have our entire family Christmas in the home. The beds are really firm which we all liked. The downstairs funtons are not quit as comfortable but they worked for our son. The kitchen is nicely stalked...could use a few more cooking tools. When you cook for a big family, you need a lot of everything. Would also liked to have more towels. We did not contact the manager, Maria about either. I am sure she would have rectified for us but we made due with what we had. Maria is very easy to work with. Very professional, understanding, caring. Answered my questions promptly. Big bonus which we normally don't get with VRBO properties....you can use the garage!! The hot tub was awesome - we all enjoyed it.

Fantastic house, was located by the best steakhouses in town too which was great. I didn't find it too far from anything else I was out doing. Great neighborhood, nice little park across the street. Will be booking this in the future when I go visit family.
