Was able to book in early. Even though I was before midday and check-in was from 14:00 hours onwards. Staff were very accommodating and friendly.

The room smelt like a swimming pool. It was so bad I had to use half a bottle of air freshener. The fan on the bathroom did not work causing an excessive build up of steam that soaked the ceiling. The cupboard door was hanging off making it awkward to access the kettle.

Easy to find. Comfortable bed. Water pressure.

The beds sheets and towels were clean.....

The service (manager) couldn't care less about how filthy the room was. Pubic hairs in the bathroom, thick dust on bed board ledge and were people's heads had been. Carpet filthy, beds and pillows hard, one roll of toilet paper for a booking of 4; 2 cups and had to clean one first before using it; got told we took too much butter for the toast at breakfast. Rusted fire sprinkler, live wire exposure to power point, toilet seat loose and didn't fit the bowl, mold around shower and filthy bathroom, could feel the grit on your feet. This might be a 3 star budget motel but it can be cleaned to a high healthy and hygenic standard. I will never stay here again, very very disappointed. Could not add more than one photo for any subject, so could unfortunately can't share all of them....

Great location near rail, and even closer to light rail, which we used to travel to city. Rooms were nice.

The mirrors were a little dirty, but everything else seemed clean.

Air-conditioning leaked water all over the floor and cupboard soaking our clothes. Staff never offered to move us to another room

The rooms are big enough, the staff was very nice and helpful.

Room was a good size and clean, bed was comfortable with ample pillows.

Bit noisy when people were outside walking through.

The room was dirty and forniture quite old. I had issues with hot water in the shower before realizing that the hot and cold water were inverted. I think that the price is too high for the quality of the room.

BYO plates and cutlery, including a spoon to stir your coffee.

Comfy beds and decent bathroom. Decent location for a night stay.

The cupboard doors probably need some TLC as they were squeeky.

The reception staff were pleasant during our stay, the room had new carpet, an updated bathroom, new curtains and possibly new beds.

The fridge didn't work properly and upon us raising this with the staff, the staff member did attend our room in an attempt to resolve the issue however our food had to be put in the reception fridge. Hot water availability seems to be an issue in the morning and there is only a trickle in the shower. Of most concern was when we had checked out, it would appear that we had been bitten by bed bugs. We contacted the motel to advise, however received what felt like a 'generic response'. They responded that the motel is sprayed every three months and that they could offer me a 'great discount' for my next stay. They have since ignored my communication. I feel terrible that my feedback may affect their future bookings however I have travelled for many years and never have experienced bed bugs. I could overlook the fridge and the hot water, but their total disregard for the bed bug issue is of concern. Look to book elsewhere as there was an extensive amount of washing of all items we had to undertake upon our return home. It really isn't worth the hassle.
