An immaculate and comfortable bed and breakfast. Breakfast was beautifully presented. Fantastic location with a wonderful view of the river. Owner attentive and lovely.

Great food, friendly welcome and helpful staff, nice room and location! Bed was superb slept really well.
Location of plugs for charging are all behind bedside tables so not the easiest to get to.

The guest room, No4, we stayed in was William Morris decor. I have a slight obsession with Morris prints, so for me, it was lush 😍
Greeted by the lovely Georgina, I was shown to my room. Quick chat before we had to leave promptly for a wedding. Liv appeared as we were leaving with the same friendly approach; general advice and completely on hand if needed.

Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the river was lush. The views, the trip trap of the horses, the breakfast basket with lovely options, and the coffee station complete with welsh cakes - it's truly the simple things ☕️

Although on the main street, it was a peaceful and quiet nights sleep in a mega comfy bed. I only wish we had arrived earlier to have spent more time in the gorgeous surroundings; but that's only because we had childcare issues.
We will, without a doubt, head back to Riversdale on our next opportunity 🙏
There is nothing to not love about this stay, perhaps just a slightly later checkout, but that's purely for selfish reasons of wanting to remain in the morning views!

This hotel was in a great location, walking distance to everything but quite at night so no noise. Olivia the host was very friendly and welcoming. The rooms were lovely and cute, nice touch of Welsh cakes upon arrival. Breakfast in the morning was excellent, large variety and brought straight to our room. No complaints at all and can’t wait to visit again!

Everything was first class, breakfast in a basket was substantial, the rooms beautifully presented, central location in the heart of town.

Looking out our Victorian bay window was like looking into a storybook - simply stunning views! The location was central to everything - a 5 min walk to the Eisteddfod pavilion, the horse-drawn boats, and the downtown core. The room and ensuite bathroom were both huge, and had lots of character with modern conveniences. The breakfasts were delicious and the service by Olivia and Georgina was amazing. They were so accommodating and were happy to provide recommendations on sights to see in the area. Olivia even offered to get up and make us coffee for our 5 am departure to Liverpool... we told her not to worry, but the thought was so appreciated!

Riversdale is beautiful, exceptionally clean, Olivia was so helpful we will definitely be going back again.
I think once they are set up in full a nice cooked breakfast would be great but the continental breakfast was so fresh and plentiful it didn't detract from our stay - just that we are greedy and like the option....

It’s very central and clean and well maintained. The hosts were very welcoming and made themselves available for any help. Breakfasts served in the room were lovely and a welcome consisting of Welsh goodies was a lovely touch.
There isn’t much not to like. There is a mini fridge in the room which perhaps could have been a big bigger to accommodate my bottle of Prosecco. But that is clutching at straws!

Liv was the kindest host and very thoughtful and thorough. The room itself was very comfortable and the bathroom was a real highlight! The view of Langollen was fantastic.

Awesome hosts! Super friendly, helpful and fun. Could not do enough to help. Safe and secure, great and easy check in. Lovely decor, modern but a fab nod to the history of the area (check out the art, it’s fab!). Continental breakfast was superb, filling and fresh! Comfy bed, soft cosy towels, perfect for a weekend stay.
Too short a trip 🫤 wish I could have stayed longer.

Location excellent just above the river and just below the canal path very quiet . Olivia is very welcoming host will answer all your questions make your stay very relaxed and comfortable. Breakfast we felt was more than enough , cereal, toast , tea , coffee, granola, yogurt , Welsh cakes on arrival.

Perfect location with views over the railway and river, spotlessly clean, very comfy bed, lovely host, Olivia was friendly and welcoming and served a lovely breakfast. Would definitely recommend staying in this perfectly located B & B.

EVERYTHING! THE MOST AWESOME HOSTS, location, cleanliness, view, warm croissants and fresh fruit for breakfast, wonderful shower, comfortable bed and pillows, every little thought out touch. It feels better than home because breakfast is delivered to your door.
Stairs if limited mobility but otherwise absolutely nothing.

Set in a fantastic location to all amenities. The host Olivia was fantastic and liaised with us throughout our stay. She went above and beyond for us. The breakfast was amazing and set us up well for the rest of the day! We will visit again.

A friendly welcome and a charming house with lots of character. Location was superb, close to the river and would highly recommend a river view room. Breakfast was delivered to the room with lots of choice. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We were welcomed on arrival and were given clear instructions on how to access the property. The building is beautiful and the room was excellent, clean and finished really well with some lovely touches! Comfy bed and breakfast delivered in the morning - the croissants were delicious! The location is brilliant for accessing the town and getting out for a walk.
