As a member of 1 Soldier 1 Dog 1 Team, our group travels to various states to raise money for our cause. Most of us are working people who can't really afford or want to stay in hotels. This house allowed us time to spend together while not working our charity. We had the opportunity to play games, watch tv or the wonderful movie room. Was sorry I didn't bring my dog. Everything was perfect

This place had everything we needed and more. Plenty of room. Very kid and pet friendly. My husband would have lived in the theater if I let him!!! Comfortable beds, big, thick towels, coffee and creamer provided. Could not have asked for anything else. Literally only $15 more per night for an entire house than a hotel in the area. 15/10 highly recommend

This home suited our needs just fine. We stayed in Utica but commuted easily to Cooperstown for the HOF Induction. The home was well stocked, clean, in a quiet neighborhood and comfortable. The host went out of her way to provide us with bag chairs to take to the ceremony. Be satisfied with the one small bathroom; was not a problem for us.

This was a GREAT STAY. It was perfect for what we were looking for. Had everything as advertised and we were grartful to have have it! Would stay again! Very comfy beds!

I’ll always be checking the availability of this property before checking any others for my Utica stays. This house was phenomenal. Super clean, accommodating and very cozy. The movie theatre was a big hit with my son and his college dorm mates. The beds were Out Of This World comfortable. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything we needed. Having our pets with us made this a top 3 vacation, for sure!

This was a terrific place to stay during our visit to Utica, and it would have been terrific for our dogs had they come along with us on this trip. The communication from our host was excellent and always immediate, and the accommodations were exactly as described and very comfortable. We especially liked the movie theater room and the popcorn machine. This is a great VRBO and I highly recommend it.

We booked this house specifically for the large fenced in yard and fire pit but the "movie theater" was an extra bonus. We spent most of the time in the backyard throwing sticks and balls for our dog where he enjoyed running full speed off leash/harness. The fire pit was our highlight, and loved "igniting our inner pyro" as a family. The waffle bar was decent, nothing I'd rave about, but loved the large grill. The house is well stocked with creamers, condiments, eggs, seasonings, popcorn kernels, and bathing necessities. Being in an area/neighborhood where lots of Italian restaurants were located, was also a life saver, and treat. We had two negatives. The bed was a LOT harder than we prefer. It's memory foam so it forms to your body but not a fan. Also, the popcorn maker was disappointing. It's cheap quality, had no scoop and needed canola oil, not vegetable oil. Despite that, we'd stay again.

Great experience overall. Clean and comfortable stay, wonderful host, and nice neighborhood! We enjoyed the movie theater and waffle bar too! Highly recommend.
