Roomy for a smaller house with all the details provided. Don't be deterred by the parking description, as there's plenty of street parking too. Some noise comes through the shared wall from the joining house but it wasn't too bothersome. Easy to access keypad on the door made check-in and checkout simple. Great stay with all the Waco sights quickly accessible. I would stay again!

Loved this spacious, comfortable house. It was very convenient to what we planned to do in Waco. I was sorry we didn't stay longer to enjoy the fire pit.

Took a siblings trip to Waco and stayed here. The layout was perfect for the four of us. With one room having three beds for the girls and one room having one king for my brother. The house was very clean and served our needs wonderfully. And they made the process of checking in / out very easy! Would stay again.

This was a great little place to stay at. Nice and clean. Super close to all of the amenities downtown. Neighborhood was good. The only thing I have to complain about is the management company. I tried to reach them for two weeks prior to our stay to ask for early check-in, and a couple questions about the property and no one ever called me back or answered any of my messages I sent them, the review would be five stars if they would have answered. Overall, if you’re looking for a good place to say, I would say this one’s good long as you don’t need anything extra accommodated.

Very clean! Linens and pillows very high end. I loved being 6 minutes from Collins Hall while my daughter was rushing. A little confusing about what parking is “shared”, so I just parked on the street. It was great!

We had a great time during our stay! It had everything we needed plus some games that my children enjoyed. It is close to magnolia farms which is why we were visiting. I would book and stay again.

We enjoyed the house very much. Kitchen was roomy and well-equipped which allowed us to prepare meals and play games. Washer and dryer were a little noisy, but convenient and we appreciated the detergent! Shower had a nice stream of warm water and bed was comfy! We would stay here again. Nest control was great for controlling temp during our cold stay.

I was in town from Denver for a Baylor tennis team reunion and your home was in a great location and close to some new Waco additions since I was last there. The home was clean, comfortable and had wonderful amenities, like a Keurig with coffee pods! Thank you again for allowing us to stay.

This small house was perfect for our party of 4 for a long weekend. Very clean and neat which is most important to us. Excellent location, never far from Baylor, Magnolia, or any other site to see. Finally, we loved the furnishings because they seem straight out of Magnolia and made us FEEL like we were in TX. Had no reason to contact the property manager. Note we were pleasantly surprised that there were items in the house like liquid soap, detergent, etc. May have been left by previous renters but was nice not to have to buy everything. Would stay again and will recommend. Thank you!

Loved the house! Perfect rental for our weekend in Waco! Every place we planned to go was within 10 minutes travel time.

Our family of five stayed two nights in Waco and had a great stay at this house. The space was clean and comfortable. The neighbor to the right, black truck, is a loud in the morning but it didn't seem to bother my kids. The beds were comfie, the towels were soft. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the extra trash bags, dish soap and laundry. We enjoyed baking cookies and playing (provided) Monopoly one night. The house is close to the suspension bridge, Dr. Pepper museum, grocery, restaurants and, of course, all things Magnolia! There is a coffeeshop, Pinewood, thats only a block away- dont sleep on checking it out, its an easy walk. We had a great time and would stay here again!

We baked cookies and stayed in to play (provided) Monopoly one night. The house is near the suspension bridge, Dr Pepper museum, HEB, restaurants and, of course, all things Magnolia! Check out the Pinewood coffee shop- an easy one block walk away. We'd definitely return!

Clean & cute, homey & nice location to access the city. Area felt safe & secure. Within walking distance of amazing coffee roaster @ Pinewood & in the other direction you can walk to the Fixer Upper castle (0.70 miles). If you go to the silos, there’s free parking & good street parking on Webster, and it’s chill until about 10:30-11 am. Bed was great. House stocked with pretty much all you need (not food & filtered water). 5 stars (out of 5 stars).
