Good location small but what we needed

Room was lovely but very cold stayed in March there was no heating

Clean, neat, modern decor.

Noisy plumbing. The noise of water being pumped was very loud every time someone in the building used taps.

The location, the cleanliness and calm environment

It was a pity there were no comfortable chairs. I would have chosen a different room had we realised. It was a bit hot and airless at night! Lovely that it was so warm in the day, but hot at night.

I liked how we had lock boxes so we could come and go as we pleased. The location of the property is perfect and only a short walk into town.

Super easy, comfortable room, stylish but uncluttered decor, just enough in the room to be cosy. Great kitchenette.

I could have done with a manual for the microwave as it's a combi oven and grill (even though I have one myself!)

The location was great with a five minute walk, through the gardens opposite, to shops theatres, restaurants and inns. The owners must have put a lot of money into creating the ensuite studios. The decor and finish was of a high standard. We had a small table and chairs by the window which overlooked the gardens. We also had a small sofa (sofabed) which made our stay more comfortable.

The ensuite was tiny. The toilet was facing the wall with hardly enough room for knees, especially my 6 foot partner's! There was plenty of room to turn it 45% 🤔 The concertina shower door made it tricky getting in and out and shutting it.

It was immaculately clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed. The beds were really comfy, the shower was lovely and hot, they provided shower gel and conditioner. The location was perfect, so close to everything but also good not being right in the centre as it was a little quieter than other hotel locations.

The location was great! The bed was really comfortable and most of the facilities were really good. Kitchenette was a great bonus!

On our second morning there wasnt enough hot water for the shower so it kept going cold and hot

Everything!! Beautiful apartment with stylish decor. Conservatory, outside seating,fully stocked kitchen, living room with U shaped sofa facing the tv and a very comfy bed. The host was also very helpful.

Perfect location for all the sights, quick and easy entrance. Host is exceptionally helpful!

Water pipes are a little noisy

The locations was excellent and the room was large and airy. Although it was on a main road, it was surprisingly quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless. For a couple of nights, this was great.

I know that nothing can be done about but the bathroom is very, very cramped. Just turning the toilet 90 degrees to face out into the room would have been sensible (too late now!). I was disappointed in the kitchen area. Only a microwave and rather unpleasant utensils/crockery. I was expecting a little more to cook on. Even the addition of a toaster be wonderful and perhaps a small air-fryer (you can even boil eggs in an air-fryer). If I was resident for more than a couple of days, that would have become a big issue. I will be in Stratford for a week fairly soon and because of this will not be choosing this apartment.

The Location was excellent five minutes walk to the centre The studio had everything you needed for a short stay and the bed was very comfortable. Free wifi and very clean .

Great location, lovely modern feel.

It was hot, not reflection of the property, after 2 days we were offered fans, this was brilliant.

The Manager and the House Keeper were so exceptionally helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them.

I like the location, comfort & cleanliness of the property. Walking distance to the places we wanted to visit like the birthplace of Shakespeare, New Place, Guilts Chapel, shops & restaurants.

Parking was inconvenient.

Really nicely decorated - modern, clean and comfortable

Unfortunately we stayed there on an extremely hot weekend and the room we were in didn’t have a lot of air flow with only a small window. A fan was provided that we were greatful for it was just still very hot. Apart from that the room was very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Room 7 top of the house, lovely size room, great bed nice kitchenette, plenty of tea-coffee etc. Loved location not to far from town to walk but far enough to miss the noise. Staff were friendly and attentive even though didn't see them. The room was clean and tidy with iron and board hair dryer easy access with keys

Being top of the house and heat rising the room was warm but was given a fan which was great. Small snag of the bathroom door sticking at the top but a quick plain should sort that.

Amazing atmosphere and easy to get in and out! So close to all the hot spots of Stratford, close to the train station. No Ubers needed at all! Clean and cozy room complete with wardrobe,iron,fridge,hairdryer and kettle with plenty of snacks and hot drinks. The host Kate was also extremely hospitable and always on hand should we need something in a pinch. Cannot recommend enough for anyone looking for a lovely stay in Stratford!

Room in attic was quite warm - had to sleep with windows open- mattress a bit uncomfortable Parking bit problematic.

Great location. We parked nearby which was fine. Room 2 had a nice little outdoor space which was nice. Conveniently located very close walk to town centre.

Can be a little noisy on the ground floor with anyone coming and going.

"Kitchen" is very small and simply a kettle & microwave - not really a kitchen
