Very well located, valet is very convenient, decent food downstairs, the beach right in front. We got upgraded and our room was huge and with an awesome view.

They staff was very nice. However CARL their evening front desk employee, went above and beyond making my stay very nice. The entire staff was great.

Check-in was efficient. Rooms are small because the hotel was built in the 1940s. Great location. Unfortunately, the small amenities are lacking for example no Kleenex the pump for shampoo and soap in the shower required 15 to 20 pumps each to get liquids onto a washcloth. Hallways needed to be vacuumed.

We had a great time. The hotel was cute and clean. This staff was pleasant. My only wish was that the water was hotter.

Location on ocean perfect. Rooms were nice, bed confortable. The curtain on the window hung a good six inches away from window so it was bright as day all night. They have a neon sign outside that lights up the room. Needs a window shade or change the way curtain sits.

Manager Ricardo is excellent at his job. He answered my procedural questions and allayed my apprehensions. Housekeeping could step up a bit. Some surfaces were dusty and there were soap droplets left on one bathroom wall. Bed was comfortable. Location was excellent.

General Mamager was very helpful in answering our inquries about the area. Very helpful and friendly with customer service always in his mind in keeping our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Been travelling all around but this.management was awesome. Its crew were the same and made my stay fun and relaxing. Right by the ocean and nitelife.

Staff was excellent. Everything we needed in immediate area. A little loud at night, but that was due to us being right off the main drag. It was during the COPA and we expected the excitement. The only issue is the rooms are on the small side.

It’s a basic hotel by the beach. No WOW factors. The rooms are small. The closet is micro tiny. The bathroom is not private. No microwave. The only good thing is that it is on Ocean Dr. The staff is not friendly to POC. I won’t stay here again.

My wife and I had a great experience here. Everything we wanted to experience in south beach was close to the hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. The hotel is outdated, However we enjoyed the style since we grew up in the 80s it still had that 80s feel to it. It was a very busy spot the food at the restaurant was great. It was a great experience for my wife and I. The only down side was the homeless outside the hotel constantly pan handling for money or booze but it didn’t bother us.

If you want a hotel in the middle of the party scene this is your place. Loud music on the patio and when you walk in the lobby smells like a club, the bar is ready to serve you a beverage and keep them coming. The walls are thin. I could hear what was going on next door. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The room is clean. Nothing fancy about this hotel.

Everything was great expect for them not informing of us of the resort fee and holding fee upfront.
The staff was very professional and efficient. The location is within walking distance of the beach and other enmities.

Everyone was so polite, helpful and professional. Loved the room and the food was reasonably priced and delicious. Plan on returning here whenever we come to Miami. This place was recommended by friends who live in town, and I plan on thanking them for their great taste!

The first Room was Dusty on the Stunning Headboard & Our Air Conditioner Broke, but they moved us on Day 2. Then gave Us some Extra Coupons to Eat @ the Hotel, which was Yummy with a Beautiful View of Ocean. We appreciate their recovery, as the Location is So Wonderful!!

Well, everything was going well until I called several different times for help and there was no answer. Walked passed the lobby a few times and saw no one there. Also, I found a dead roach in the room floor. One more thing, the AC controller very complicated to work. We never got the room to cool properly. Thank goodness for the fan. Every thing was fine otherwise.

There is no doorman are not eager to help staff with bringing luggage up their front stairs to get in the building. Otherwise it is a nice stay. Very clean!
