Stunning views and almost empty and big pool with great city panorama.

Some bugs were in our room, guess this is normal in such weather. Bathroom would perhaps require some renovation. We were told to be able to store luggage after checkout which finally wasn’t possible.

i stayed in 1705 very comfortable room, nice bathroom, some plates & cultery, microwave, fridge location is slightly out of the way, 15 min walk to KL sentral (if you're coming/going on train Kuala Lumpur station is quite near, and another metro station near there) instructions from host via whatsapp are very clear (its airbnb style let -nothing to do with building security personnel etc) traffic noise from road below, and elevated metro, is noticeable - but overall this is a good price, especially if sharing room cost. ground level cafe has extensive range of cheap food and supplies, and long hours

just be aware that before 2.30pm check in time, only option to leave luggage is unattended concierge desk building location forces car transport such as grab to take longer routes away

Not so good experience for us. Admin Whatsapp us saying that early check-in is at 2.30pm, when we arrived there around 3pm, the reception counter had nobody there and looks very dull, wait for almost 15mins, saw few African people there, then another African arrived...the lobby hotel area looks like not so well maintained. One security guard had helped to guided us to mailbox area to get a key locker, and I saw one Indonesian lady was there, just took my key room but then we still need to wait for another 10mins for her to do a final check before we could enter our room. From the parking area to our room, was another hassle cos we need to park at another level and walk to another level to assess the lobby hotel area. Room is good, quite comfortable. But the toilet has no 'entrance door'. Based on the pictures from booking.com, the room had an instant mee (Maggi), biscuits even some reviews also feel happy with the foods provided in the room, but when I was there, it's not provided...but it's ok. The room view-in front is a temple and behind us is a Church. There are no shop rows nearby to the Dua Sentral Hotel. When we told our friends that we stay in that area, they reminded us to be careful with the surroundings there..and when we told our aunties, they felt uneasy, after Maghrib prayer, we checked-out and moved to the other hotel. Not recommended, sorry.

Good location between Chinatown and KL Sentral. Comfy beds and pillows, pool very big and clean. Easy check in. Overall good value for money.

Our room faced the city highway and the traffic noise was very noticeable. Other rooms might be better. The pool is also on this side and has the same problem.
