The best hotel especially for a friend trip! The staff was so kind and helpful and went above and beyond for us. They spoke in English and Spanish and assisted us in finding good dining and entertainment areas. The restaurant next to the hotel was fabulous. The staff is so knowledgeable and special, I think they made my trip to Medellin so much better

Staff is pleasant but that’s not why you stay anywhere. The few most important things for me that in turn ruined my stay here are, it’s super noisy with bed against the window. I fell asleep at 3a which is when the noise stops. Slept 6hrs in 2 days. First glance looks clean however I can’t stress enough it is very dirty and there’s hair and dirt all over the floor/room, even in the mini fridge there’s hair. Jacuzzi tub on balcony was dirty as well but it’s open to outside so expected but again, the hair. I asked for cleaning supply to wash tub and the housekeeper came with microfiber cloth and “wiped” the tub as if it’s clean now. The bed was clean but extremely uncomfortable, hard as a rock. Lastly, THERE IS NO HOT WATER to shower. Water is cool/lukewarm at best, unpleasant shower. Requested late check out, given 30 minute😂
Restaurant Chikanero: made to order meals, average food nothing impressive, overpriced in comparison to others in area. Daiquiri Calenjo I believe it’s called (ginger drink) was excellent! Shout out to the bartender! Frank, a waiter here was amazing and very helpful, very pleasant and polite, explained menu in detail, recommended items, assured I was taken care of. Not overly busy here being that it’s a cowork stay
I received a random WhatsApp message regarding transportation. This hotel (they don’t tell you) has affiliation with the transport company. I was not aware of that at the time but I researched and booked after verifying legit company

Great Hotel, location is marvelous, don't miss the opportunity to try the breakfast is in another level if you know what i mean (Marvelous).
setbacks: the area is for party lovers if you are looking for a place to have relaxing time; is not recommended.

Nakua Work & Stay is a new property introduced into the area of poblado, which host tons of hotels. They have been open for a mere 8 months (as of my stay which was during the middle of April-2024). This property being in its infancy stage needs NEW MANAGEMENT! The level of inconsistency amongst the staff when communicating policies to guest is horrendous. The front desk personnel Miguel upon checking in WAS very helpful and friendly, but as a day or two passed his behavior became very off putting. They or possibly just him has a subject to our discretion Guest Policy which isn’t consistent. Cristian whom actually came off as not friendly turned out to be the ONLY one upholding the policy. Your guest are subjected to provide identification which we were fine with, as Cristian explained. Everyone else at the front desk gave inconsistent answers. There was a young lady there with glasses who explained the policy and provided a cautionary safety business card which would exempt the hotel if anything were to happen. Aside from the that rooms are just okay, beds are extremely firm. My sink constantly stopped up, and I had to use the window sill to store all my toiletries. No closet space . Chickanero the restaurant of there’s , the staff there is excellent. They give you one free drink nice gesture. The housekeeping staff was excellent, room cleaned daily. The front desk staff just needs re-education classes on hospitality . Such a promising stay, with such a huge letdown!

At first I thought the deluxe double bedroom was two rooms , upon arrival reception laughed in our faces and said there was no such thing on their property.
Harrassed constantly about our family friends visiting.
I booked the space and had to leave as there was only one bed in the tiny room. Reception had sent security to my room for visiting my little sister.
Not all reception was like this, it was only two individuals.
The location is loud and in a heavily populated area.
It is way more expensive for what it is worth.
Definitely will not be staying or recommending.
Cleaning staff was super sweet.
I’m guessing the manager with glasses was the kindest reception.
Not even breakfast included and the restaurant below was crazy overpriced.

Well kept property in the heart of Poblado. Nice modern rooms. Excellent and friendly staff. The weekend nights are loud but you knew that if you are looking to stay in Poblado.

An armed individual came in the lobby and demanded personal items. Coincidentally right when the security guard disappeared for about 10 mins. I’ve still yet to hear anything else from the property after this incident. Definitely unsafe in my opinion.

Amazing stay, friendly staff, great room amenities (except missing a wardrobe), location is superb for partying and dining.
Loud music at night from the street because it's in the middle of party town but they give you ear plugs to help with the noise while sleeping if someone is sensitive to noise.

The room in this property was very small. The bed was push against the window so only one side to get in/out of bed; very inconvenient. I did not see that in the pictures otherwise I will skip it. Thanks God it was just for one night.
