NOTHING, a DISASTER. We arrived and First of all, the booking was confirmed online but no one was replying or picking up the phone. After like 3 hours of wait we could make contact with someone and they say “sorry the villa is not available”… excuse me? This was like 7 pm. We ask for a refund AND A SOLUTION. They give us another villa saying it might not be the same. Not the same???? We booked (AND PAID) for a villa of 4 rooms and 250 sqm - we got one with 1 room (we are 5 people!!!), and dirty like nothing I’ve seen before… socks around the house and shoes of people we don’t know, for sure soemone just left literally. A disaster! And I even tried to call booking but no reply until a message at 00.10 AT NIGHT! We are in Al-Ula in the middle of nowhere and desert, come on… So, now I request my devolution on booking, let’s see what happens. And of course the worse review I can give, and I’m normally a really happy person, but this, definitely a disaster.
