Overall the stay was great. It was clean, spacious, luxury-like, and quiet. There’s a lot of construction going on in general in Punta Cana, so if you’re not on the resort there will be lots of areas that are not up to par and areas with a lot of construction. Finding the hotel was complicated for some of the drivers but most of them found it with no problem. I would stay here again in the future

The hotel itself is nice but it’s in a very inconvenient place. Most Ubers take the wrong road to get there as it’s right off of the highway and they cannot turn left from the right express lane (they have to make u turn about 1/4 mile down).

This place exceeded my expectations, place was so clean and newly remodeled, everything you needed is in it , it’s like an efficiency, even has a washer and dryer ! Granite countertops, full size appliances, very cool shower ! Very modern, hotel is still under construction but nothing that bothers you or your stay , only thing I’d suggest is maybe having a sign pointing to where check in office is , that was the only thing I couldn’t figure out at first , which was fine but maybe for future customers. Hotel staff were all friendly and office staff also spoke English which was a plus ! Lived my stay and would stay again! Highly recommend this hotel

I really enjoyed my stay here. Just be cautious when calling Uber's the entrance has changed but the front desk is always happy to help with this. This was by far the best room i’ve ever stayed in! Wonderful staff

Although there was construction going on the property was pretty quiet the rooms were amazing and spacious. I had ordered Uber and Ubereats while there and they couldn’t find the location. I recommend having a sign by the dirt road. But other than that I had an amazing stay.

The hotel is new and nice, with very good amenities. The people made the difference as well. I was welcomed and helped by a very friendly staff. I learned to know Yamy, Esmelda, Eric, Kati, Jade, and others. It was a great experience being their guest.

I loved this property from checking in to when it was time to go. All of their food is always fresh ! The sweet affairs for breakfast was my go to. There burger for dinner was good as well. This is a hidden gem. The power did go out due to the rain but I only noticed because it wasn’t as cold but it was back on in the morning. Even when there was an issue they were on it

Someone said this place is a hidden gem and i could not agree more. Very affordable, solid food and a mall are a short walk away, and the staff are very kind. The hotel itself was very clean for me, the pool felt perfect, and i genuinely could not think of a complaint about this place even if i wanted to. If you're going to punta cana, ESPECIALLY if you're on a budget, treat yourself to this place.

There's construction all around the property. Outside of that surprisingly there was no outside noise. The room is beautiful. We both said "Wow" coming in. The weirdest thing is that the bed is on a platform that is about 2 feet off the floor. My wife had a bad knee so it was difficult for her to get up and down from there. We didn't hot water in the shower but did have hot water in the sink which was odd. I was told room service is 24 hours so we should have called. They could have fixed it. The place is nice but the Food is exceptional! I had what I dare to say the most flavorful tacos I ever had. The bartend /waiter made an amazing drink as a former Bartender myself, it exquisitely mixed full of flavor. My palate was satisfied. I wished I had stayed there than the resort we were at. Thank you!

The staff here are excellent. I went there for a birthday trip and they went as far as to decorate my room for me for my birthday. There prices are to die for and the food...lets just say i am a picky eater and the food was great especially the breakfast and the waiters/bartenders will make adjustments to any meal once they are capable to. I will definitely be going back soon.
Everything was smooth sailing and they are literally walking distance from downtown punta cana as well as ubers are pretty cheap to get around based on the location of the hotel.
If you see this review, just book it!!! You wont regret it!!!

The fully equipped suite/rooms were amazing. The staff were so helpful and very welcoming. It’s across the street from Coco Bongo Club and the shopping Mall. We would for sure rebook.

spacious room and bathroom, modern and estetic design, confort bed and linen, love it. It still under construction and that particular smell of new building and lot of noise, dust everywhere. But beside that, its a great place to stay. (Would like to stay with my children but its only adult hotel)

Only thing I didn’t like about this hotel was all the construction and dirt and they don’t carry wash cloths which I don’t understand but other then that, that’s about it

Proximity to Downtown Punta Cana was appreciated as it was a 5 minute walk. However, the con is the loud music from Coco Bongo.

It is a decent hotel for a night or two. Limited food options. Also, hard to get to because no u-turn off the highway to get into the parking lot. Limited staff (I assume for now because it’s a newer place). It is very safe and pretty clean. Very good food but limited menu and not many other options nearby.

People use the term "hidden gem" all the time but this hotel truly was one. I enjoyed my stay and my room was very spacious! Coming from the airport, it's on the opposite side of the highway and you have to ride down a bit just to U-turn and get to the entrance but that's a minor inconvenience. With its close location to Downtown Punta Cana, I would stay here again!
