The place and area was beautiful. The location was perfect for all of the different activities we wanted to do. We plan to come back.

This was a wonderful way to get together as a family. Our group included 5 households with a total of 14 people. There was plenty of room for us to sit down together for meals and to spread out for activities. Our first few days had great weather and we enjoyed the lake views from the comfortable seating on the deck. When the weather got chilly, not a problem, because there was plenty of entertainment. The pool was the perfect size. Kids were begging to swim all day. Love the keypad lock. I didn't have to worry about any kids swimming without adult supervision. The kitchen in this home was outstanding. We brought a lot of our own dishes, but we found everything we needed was available. The large island made for a fun kids make your own pizza night. The main floor bedrooms were a perfect option for my elderly grandmother. She was able to join in the fun without needing to go up or down the stairs. She really liked that she was able to get in and out of the shower on her own. Location can't be beat. Minutes away from all the main attractions. When we wanted to get out for a bit, popped the kids in the car and we were at the Branson Landing in no time. Took a nice stroll by the river with our ice cream. We're already planning our next visit.

The property is exactly as pictured.The location is not far from the many amenity's Branson has to offer.
Kids enjoyed the pool and the hot tub, plenty of activities in the house to keep the kids entertained.
They only problems we had were 2 of the mattresses in the bedrooms were deformed and the garbage disposal wasn't working. Overall we had an 5 star experience.

What a wonderful place for our family gathering, plenty of room for everyone, games and relaxation all in one. We couldn't have asked for anything better!

We had an amazing time. I enjoyed watching the kids & grandkids playing all the games & enjoying the hot tub. The pool was a bit chilly, so they didn't use it as much as I thought they would. Our Christmas vacation was a hit and they want to make this a tradition!

This cabin was great for our family. It has something for everyone. From games, to the indoor pool, to the great views. You really can’t go wrong here.

A few things to note- this house is very noisy, dirty, and has terrible beds. With the game room upstairs in an open loft and another in the basement with no door, you can hear both activities happening at the same time on the main level. It was so dirty. Our socks were black upon arrival, our bedspreads and pillowcases to match the bedspreads were dirty in numerous rooms, the futons in every room had smashed food in them when unfolded, one bedroom had a target bag hanging on the handle, playdough on the floor, and trash in it upon arrival. They change the sheets and replace the towels and that appears to be it. No mopping, dusting, or real cleaning.The beds are terrible. My sons bed you could stand in the hallway and look at it and see that the left hand side sagged down a good 3-4" than the right hand side. My bed had a large lump in the middle. To top it off, 7 people out of our party left with red dots all over our body.

Everything was as advertised. Very clean property with plenty of room our family of 17. Only thing missing was an arcade game pictured, and propane for the fire pit and grill.

We had 25 people stay in dogwood for a Thanksgiving getaway. I will start with the positives. The house has plenty of seating and room to accommodate and not feel like you are on top of one another. There is a bathroom in each one of the 9 bedrooms!! And parking was great. Double dishwasher was genius. Some of the downfalls for us were that the ice makers did not work in either fridge. We had a few broken beds “which were fixed but not until after one bad night of rest” the hot tub was dirty and cloudy and was not resolved. It was very disappointing as all of us were looking forward to it. Some of the games that came with the house were not working, also 2 games were not here as they were pictured in original slide show. There was minimal Toilet paper and trash bags. Basically just enough to get you started….there was also very minimal towels. We had high hopes for this property for the amount of money that was spent to stay here. I feel that it should of been Pristine and an over and above kind of stay!! I would rate it 3 stars and compare it to a holiday Inn express.

We had a great experience and the young children were crying when it was time to leave. Most of the group didn't want to leave the property and we ordered most meals in to enjoy it all. Being a large open concept it is loud when the teenagers or young adults are staying up late to enjoy the pool table regardless of what room you are in.

Dogwood Lodge is simply amazing! The great room and huge kitchen are so comfortable and cozy but large enough to accommodate a large group. The kitchen table got the most use from our group, but the back porch with firepit, the grill, the hot tub and the theatre room are all spectacular, too. This is the perfect house for a large group!

Quite nice with plenty of room for a big gathering. We all enjoyed the stay a lot. Only suggestion would be to add an overhead light to the stairs going down to lower level. With the wood floors, we found it difficult to see steps with only the step lights. All in all a great property.
