The entrance door was broken and remained open which kept the lobby and bar area chilly

The hotel was nice, but you have to pay for WiFi which is ridiculous in my opinion!! The room was nice and clean and the bathroom was nice.

Nice rooms and overall look. Property feels very safe and secure. Only complaint is that they seem to be getting rid of the in-room mini fridges (I stayed here in June 2024 and my room at that time had one).

The hotel is nice but it has horrible service. Felt I was bothering them when I was checking in. When I asked them about parking they seemed confused. Would not be surprised if the person checking us in was under the influence of something. Finally when we asked for some half and half for the room they gave only one per person!

Food from restaurant bar was good. The service the first night was excellent, the service the second night was absolutely horrible. The older bar tender woman with the makeup was SO rude and disrespectful that I had to ask the front desk to get my order to go. I had a baby with me and the woman had so much unnecessary attitude that I’m shocked she has a position in the hospitality industry. Front desk was amazing, housekeeping could use some work. Hair in the bathroom and shower that wasn’t ours, pretty gross. Other than that it was great.

Not worth the price. Great staff, nice room but very few amenities (no bottled water, $12 WIFI if you don’t bring your Envoy # with you. Can’t seem to look it up). Expensive food, no breakfast buffet. No fan-only option in room, and bed is an overstuffed marshmallow.

The bedsheet I slept on has bloodstain which I only noticed in the morning. I was so tired to even check the night before.
When I informed the desk, I didn’t even received an apology for that.

I stayed by myself for 2 nights for a job meeting. I was charged $100 for damages that never happened. I called to ask what damages are they charging my card for, and they could not even tell me. The receptionist said nothing was coming up on her end and she did not know why I was being charged. This hotel steals the deposit and claims it’s for damages yet no damages happened. Do better!
