The front desk staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the rooms are supposed to be non-smoking and mine reeked of cigarette smoke. I truly believe that the odor was in the air system for the room. I know the staff would have found me another room, but they were fully booked. So for me room cleanliness was an issue.

This room was dated, dirty, and clearly not maintained on a regular basis. The carpet was dirty, paint was peeling, cabinets broken. Thank goodness the beds appeared to be clean. The overall space of the room was perfect, including 2 bathrooms. The room definitely needs a little TLC.

Cute, spacious rooms, clean! Hot tub works, but water temps were not that warm. Everything else was perfect from the check in to check out. Very cute outdoor patio!

It was covered in fruit flies and I had absolutely no warm water in morning. I'm not saying it wasn't hot. It wasn't even warm.

We took a family vacation and the stay was average, but I was very disappointed with the room. The pictures of the room was deceiving making it look much nicer and newer than it actually was. The room smelled like cigarette smoke and it had a dingy/musty odor. The carpet was very dirty and disgusting. My kids walked around in their socks and they were black from the carpet dirt. There were cobwebs everywhere inside on the walls and vents and the ceiling fan did not work. The shower on the loft floor did not have water pressure and the shower on the bottom floor kept turning off and on. I just did not feel like the room was clean at all and felt very uncomfortable in the room. The front desk staff were not very friendly. They said they could only give me what I return dirty, like an even exchange. The one day I went to get new towels, there were none and I had to return in the afternoon and there were still none when I returned. When told front desk he gave us an attitude. The woman in the afternoon apologized and gave us the number for internet. The phones don’t work for communicating with the hotel.

We checked in. The front desk staff was helpful. We went to our room. It was not clean and some of the furnishings were stained. We were very disappointed in the condition of the overall property as well as the room. It appears quite old and in disrepair as well as dated. We returned to the check in area and checked out. We were refunded the price of the 1 night we had booked. The photos of the property on Expedia are not an accurate representation of the property.

I had an overall decent stay at the Sonesta ES Suites near Providence Airport. The location is convenient, especially if you’re flying in or out, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The suite itself was spacious, with a comfortable bed and a kitchen area, which is a nice perk for longer stays. However, some areas of the hotel could use updating, especially the bathrooms, which felt a bit outdated. The cleanliness was acceptable, but not spotless.For the price, it’s an average stay, but there’s definitely room for improvement.

Stayed in a king bed room on the first floor. It was well designed and comfortable for a couple or single. Furnishings and property in general are pretty tired but clean. Very convenient location if you’re visiting the area for a while. Airport, Mall and numerous restaurants of all kinds within a 5 minute drive. Front desk people… some very friendly and helpful, some need to get a “how to smile” lesson. We’d stay there again if the price was within our budget.

Stayed in building 6. The room needs some new carpets and other small updates to the room. The door was so loud opening/closing if you have kids they are sure to be woken up. Not the most comforting crowd hanging out at night.
