Great place to stay if you are travelling throigh Hot Springs.

It’s pretty good couple night’s stay but when we got there late night the service were pretty slow and we had to wait for little while before someone come
To the counter. The card they gave us weren’t working so we had to go back down and ask for another card and again we were waiting for someone to come

Hotel was nice and clean. Desk staff (Twila) was friendly and quick to check us in. Lots of eating choices close by and within easy walking distance.

The room we stayed in needed some attention in cleanliness. We saw about six roaches in the room. The vent in the bathroom was broken. There was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The bathtub was worn and looked unsanitary. However, the main living area was updated and the staff was pleasant. Breakfast was adequate.

The old album covers and lip on the wall over the bed was unique. The property was well maintained. Overall we were very happy with there facility and would defiantly stay there again.

Horrible stay. Smoking room was dirty. The room smelled old. The bathtub was dirty. The fridge and microwave was dirty. We had to go to Wal Mart to get some things to make it. We stayed the one night but checked out early. There was a hard tin box that the mattress was on. The pillows was for a baby bed. The ladies at check in were nice. It’s housekeeping and management that need to step up their game.

Good place to stay. Definitely could use a little more variety in breakfast. We got a non smoking room and had burn holes in all our blankets. Not bad definitely would stay again. Good location and nice pool and beds.

The room was big and the bed was very comfortable! Everything was clean! Breakfast was disappointing though. But, I would definitely stay here again!

The room was clean and tidy. It had been partially renovated but not the bath and sink area. The thermostat didn’t work properly and the room stayed at 68 degrees which was too cold. The only options were to leave it cold, turn the heat on or turn it off all together. The pipes make a screeching sound when anyone in an adjacent room turns on their water. The hotel is in a good location but has seen better days and the parking lot is full of pot holes and gravel.

First complaint is the drive, It’s almost hidden and was easy to miss the turn. Second complaint is location of the shower head. I didn’t have any issues with it but my 6’4” husband said in order for him to wash his hair he had to bend over. Water pressure was great though!!
Third complaint, housekeeping attempted to enter the room twice to clean the room at 9am, even though we hadn’t yet checked out. Rooms were clean. Would likely stay here again

Staff that checked me in were very helpful, and accomodated my limits in walking stairs. The room was very comfortable, bed and bedding were exceptional. The property had very little area for dog walking, and the pool was not available, but for my 4 day visit it was an excellent place to rest.
