Lovely hotel. Room, location breakfast aall wonderful. Tv reception is patchy at best if not unwatchable which was disappointing when trying to watch a show/sport.

Not really impressed. Some maintenance issues and had to have an extra bed removed from the room! Arrived early and requested our room which wasn't available. Fair enough. Were told it was put in a high priority queue and we would be advised that we would be contacted as soon as it was ready. We were not. Really disappointed

We loved it here! The location was fantastic, the staff were amazing, and the breakfast was incredible. Super comfortable bedding and all the facilities we needed. Highly recommend!

Wherever I travel I stay at the Hyatt. I know it will be comfortable, clean, luxury with great service. This one was no different. Great location. Walking distance from the Star.

The location is perfect. The access to Darling Harbour easy. The rooms were clean and the room over looked a part of the Sydney Marathon this morning so was an added bonus.

Nice place to stay ,
Only thing I would say is to have a designated smoking area for people who chose to smoke . Everyone stands around the front on the street yes an ashtray is provided but an area away from the street would be good . Back of Dundee hotel would be good.
