The free drinks at the bar were a nice surprise. The place was nice and simple, but had very comfy beds.

I've rated this hotel multiple times in the past. It is our absolutely "go-to" in Redding. Large rooms, nice gathering at night with a free drink and snacks at night, bartenders are awesome. Our recent stay was 11 days, and never got tired of the room. Great breakfast, and again always our go-to hotel when we are up there. Management is on top of everything.

Very clean and nice hotel. Staff is always friendly. Breakfast and Dinner and the bar is always great. Not to mention the best outdoor pool and lounge area.

Super clean hotel with a great happy hour free drinks and snacks. The hotel looked brand new, breakfast was excellent they make it in front of you. I was super impressed . It had a small, but very nice Swimming pool that was heated and saltwater along with the hot tub .

Very nice staff…clean facilities, quiet, complementary drink and snack at happy hour time was a nice surprise!

Not up to par with other Oxford Suites we have stayed at. 1. Room was dark and dreary. The two bedside lamps were very dim, and no lighting at all at the sofa. Had to use flashlight to read at the sofa in the evening. The only other lighting besides the vanity and bathroom was a small desk light. Also, vanity light was also too dim for makeup and there was no lighting at the other mirrors. 2. All pillows were way too uncomfortably thick. Never had such thick pillows in 200 hotel stays. 3. Breakfast was very mediocre. You could not serve yourself the hot food. The potato patty and sausage were cold, especially the potato with no way to warm it up. No waffle option. 3. Only one small drawer for clothing if needed for a multiple day stay. 4. Refrigerator door awkward to open. 5. Received text during stay that daily housekeeping is not performed they said to help the environment. I believe this statement is insincere and dishonest. I believe the real reason is to save costs, a reason that I would accept much more positively. 6. The one positive is that the pool area is very nice and inviting.

Always a favortie

We have stayed here before. We love all the amenities for our family. Pool, snacks, bar service and accessibility were great. Sadly this time around the tv services was unavailable. Hope this gets fix soon.

Breakfast was very good! Very safe property with easy parking. Location is great within walking distance to restaurant, tesla supercharger.
