Lovely sized king room, however, smelled musty like cat piss. Lighting not great in bathroom. Nice microwave and minifridge.

It stated in the booking that it had a shuttle to the airport. I called to confirm that and when we arrived found out this was not true. We had a lovely view of the air conditioning unit on the roof. Costly but not worth it!!!!!

Pool area wasn’t very clean. Hot tub water looked grey. Not enough towels.

We had a beautiful 2 room suite on the 7th floor. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the lighting in the bathroom was too dim and there wasn't enough counter space for 2 people, let alone a family of 4. (Especially with one of the children having a dance competition to get ready for.) A counter with mirror and sink outside of the bathroom would've made the room top notch! The pool area was nice and the kids had fun swimming. The front desk was left unattended alot. Out of the 8-10 times I walked thru the lobby, i only saw someone at the desk twice. I waited over 5 minutes to buy something at the little market and nobody was around to pay so I put my stuff back and left. All of that being said, I'd still stay here again.

When I entered my room and read the "welcome card," I discovered that the guest parking was contracted in the adjacent ramp & the $4 nightly fee would be charged to my card as an incidental fee which I found off-putting. I didn't complain because, after all, it's $4. But, still. C'mon! The room, at a glance, all appeared orderly. When I 1st used the toilet I noticed that there was toilet paper in the water. I dismissed it as a simple house keeping oversight during cleaning. The bedroom television never worked properly. Each channel was pixelated & choppy. The living area TV work perfectly so I simply chose to do all my viewing there since I was staying only one night.

Two queen bed rooms should have 8 pillows not 6 and should have 4 bath towels not 3.

Parking 🅿️ ramp, small, tight spaces. Worried about people hitting me. Just the whole layout of the ramp and hotel was odd and didn't make sense to me. Why would I pay to walk all around a weird ramp that I cannot easily determine which spots are for the hotel and which are for private spaces, then go back in and out to start over while it's 3 degrees outside. No, not happening again. WIFI not working, as in, not working at all. Unacceptable for anyone much less business travelers. Won't be back here.
