Warm welcome. Amenities like no other and so spacious. Not a new hotel but very comfortable

The Brookstown Inn was decorated beautifully for the holidays. We had a complimentary glass of wine in a little adjoining bar with a guitarist, milk and cookies, and a wonderful buffet breakfast. The room was huge. Great location to visit Old Salem. All staff were very friendly. Our stay was just wonderful!

Unique unusual and intriguing Cotton mill hotel. Beautiful outdoor patio and garden spaces near Old Salem. Great kitchenette. Clean, and beautifully decorated. Nice breakfast, wine and cheese and milk and cookies. Just great place to stay in WS.

This place is great. We travel often but this is a standout!!! Special kudos to Sarah at the front desk, who greeted us with her delightful personality and made us feel so welcome. The room annd bed were fantastic too. Every aspect of our stay was terrific.

This was one of the neatest hotels I have ever stayed in. Love the free wine and cheese 5-7, cookies and milk 8-9pm and a wonderful comp breakfast. I will definetly stay here again.

I was looking for a nice place for a one night stay after flying into Greensboro. We were headed to the mountains the next day.
The room and bathroom were spacious..
The perks of providing wine and cheese as well as the cookies in the evening were lovely.
The breakfast was delicious.
I would definitely stay again if in the area.

The amenities are great : microwave oven, mid size mini fridge, large rooms,nice breakfast, daily complimentary wine and cheese in the evening, followed by cookies and milk at 8-9 pm. Great location near Old Salem, plenty of free parking, right next to the visitor center. Large bathroom with toiletries, hot water, good water pressure. This is my 3rd time there. It is my preferred property when I visit Winston-Salem.

This is an exceptional lodging experience. The historic buildings are really cool, and the way the hotel has been designed is just really neat. Everything was so well done. From the first glimpse of the building to checkout the next day was one great moment to the next - with wine and cheese, milk and cookies, a full breakfast, decadent bed linens, huge room, great price, Sally the cat ... I can't say enough. Our son just moved to Winston-Salem, and we'll be coming back for regular visits. We'll be regular guests for sure, and I can't wait for our next stay.

Very nice property. We just stayed two days on our way to Nashville Tennessee.
Nice restaurants within walking distance. salt and Sage was fantastic.
Alado the Hotel had Wine and cheese complementary every night and cookies and milk as well.

Wonderful historic find it had everything you could need and nothing you don’t conveniently located with such amazing history and a spacious room. Will definitely keep this one on my list for future visits!

we liked the friendly service. the staff is amazing. we liked the cheese and wine at 5pm. a complimentary wine or beer and cheese and crackers. nice touch. then there is the milk and cookies at 8pm. cookies are very good. you can have coffee as well. breakfast was OK.
