I stayed at the Loews hotel for two nights with my fiance. We were upgraded to a balcony oceanfront room upon arrival. Room was spectacular - clean and comfortable. We visited 3 onsite dining options during our stay- Nautilus, Raos and Bar Collins. We had a fantastic experience at all 3 but especially enjoyed the cocktails and lunch available poolside. While we were traveling without kids, the handful of families with kids did not disrupt our relaxing getaway.

Service was 10 out of 10. Room said it has liquors but they did not leave anything in the room to purchase… and came to clean 1 of 2 mornings, I don’t know why.

Another amazing stay at The Loew's! Beautiful property with large rooms. Lobby bar is very spacious. The beach has full service amenities. Luis, the concierge helped us find a wonderful deep sea fishing boat. All of the staff at The Loew's are wonderful.

Comfortable stay and excellent location. Breakfast brunch is good. Staff tries their best to be polite. Bed sheets and towels had stains on them. Bath tub appeared heavily used with a plenty lot of marks. Lot of noise from the street and from the hallway woke me up several times in the night.

Beautiful hotel but food and drinks very expensive. Didnt know Miami automatically charges 20% graduity for everything you buy plus resort tax and regular taxes. This makes Miami more expensive to visit than NYC !!!

The Loews Miami Beach is a really nice property in a good area. We wanted to find something that was on the beach but also an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. This hotel is only a block north of the end of Ocean drive, and the Loews has its own gated entrance to the beautiful Miami Beach Ocean Walk, which goes all the way down to the tip of South Beach. Our room was clean and nice with a great ocean view. The property is well maintained with staff everywhere. We'll be back!

Great hotel. Location fantastic. Beautiful pool and well stocked gym and spa area. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was the restaurant - food was just ok and the staff there didn’t mention the 20% auto grat for a table of two. Not cool.

Our visit was so nice at the Loews. I wasn’t sure what to expect with some mixed reviews, but for us, the service, the facilities and the room were all great. Everyone who works at the Loews is so nice, starting with Alex at the Valet. It made our one nice staycation so fun. Our room was very nice. We were unfortunately next to a suite with a party which was quite loud (and the walls aren’t too thick), but by 11 it was shut down and not a problem.

Would highly recommend staying here for a great place to retreat to after exploring the vibrancy of Miami.

Hotel is good. However, it's very overpriced - everything is SO expensive - food, all beach equipment. This was not expected or clearly described in the booking description. Maybe this is typical for beach front properties but would be good to know in advance

The room was old and well used. It needs to be updated. And as well over priced. The people there are always trying to charge you or upgrade for more money. It did not settle well with me.

This hotel is amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had just arrived in Miami from a cruise and room was ready for an esrly check in. The pool and staff were amazing and the beach was just a shirt walk from the hotel. Alot of dining and shopping options in the area. Will definitely stay there again when in Miami! The view from the room was perfect.

What specifically stands about my stay was how the staff helped us when we forgot our laptop in an uber. There was a staffer named Juan who really stepped up and really took ownership of our problem, helping us get in touch with the uber driver, using his personal phone for all the points of contact since we were having a problem with our phone. Scheduling a time to meet the uber driver at the hotel and receiving and holding the laptop for us until we got back. He could have simply politely apologized and said that he couldn't help. But instead he stepped up and solved our problem from A to Z. Therefore, if these are the type of employees that the place hires, then it's place you want to stay in.
