We had an amazing Stay at Gateway still one of my favorite place to stay in Kowloon. Service and location excellent special mention to the valet that help us get a taxi.

Very different than the Marco Polo Gateway i remember , hotel reception a shadow of its former reception entrance by steps not friendly for the less able, no coffee shop limited tome slot for main restaurant sorry guys unless you get back to that standard not my place to stay on the future

Nice renovated hotel, right in the middle of the shopping center. Nice and polite staff, especially in the club lounge. Clean and quiet. Free bottled water every day of our stay. Surely will come back and recommend it to everyone.
