Family friendly resort. A good mix of adults and kids, which means it is not overly crowded with kids that the adults can’t enjoy. Great view, great pool areas, clean, direct access to the beach, awesome breakfast buffet with lots of local fruits and food to try. Exceptional service!! There isn’t much outside of the hotel, except for a few spas (which were great), and local restaurants. Just a 10mins drive to better restaurants and cafes. Daily shuttle to Bali Collection Shopping Mall. Kids club is quite small and may not suit kids older than 5 years old. Not all kids activities are inclusive. Have to book ahead for onsite Japanese and Seafood restaurant, otherwise, be prepared to dine only at 8.30pm, which is not great if you have young kids. Overall, the hotel met our expectations. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely return!!!

We had an amazing 4 nights here. Rooms were spacious, excellent condition and super clean. We had a lagoon access room which was super convenient for our family. All pools were clean and very well maintained. Staff couldn't do enough for you, always making sure you had everything you needed and even remembering our names. Lots of small restaurants and shops, day spas and laundrys right outside the hotel. An excellent end to our Bali holiday

We had an amazing 4 nights here. Rooms were spacious, excellent condition and super clean. We had a lagoon access room which was super convenient for our family. All pools were clean and very well maintained. Staff couldn't do enough for you, always making sure you had everything you needed and even remembering our names. Lots of small restaurants and shops, day spas and laundrys right outside the hotel. An excellent end to our Bali holiday

Conrad Bali is a beautiful property, huge pool area. Beach front. Lots of convenience stores around, restaurants and spa too. Room is large and clean. Seems like been renovated. A little bit more sound proof would make it prefect. All staffs are very very friendly. Suku restaurant provides good breakfast and good Indonesian food for lunch and dinner. We will definitely come back.

Nice staff always helpful and excelent service

The service from staff was great, always willing to help and support for any topic. The 5 pools where nice the beach just in front excellent. The rooms are not bad, but I have to say some furniture is Abit outdated but still in good conditions.

Conrad is a very good resort with a huge pool and ocean views. I only had two complaints: 1. Breakfast: Service during breakfast is spotty. The food quality was mediocre. Ordered eggs each morning. The first few times, the eggs were seriously undercooked. The last time, it was an old fried egg, stale and cold. 2. We had no towels in our room on the first day. We called four times for towels only to get 3 out of the 4 we needed at 9pm. Check in is excellent and they gave us excellent surprises for our anniversary.

Excellent overall. We stayed in a Pool view room and had fantastic views of pool and beach. Service was excellent, staff were very friendly, transport team and drivers were wonderful and safe! Highly recommend for travel with family including teenagers. Food was great as well. Was the most cost effective five star accommodation in the Nusa Dua area so great value for money.

No seating at the beach or pool if you show up past 9 am as the guests take over the seats and leave their things to save chairs. They have only 20 chairs on the beach. Neighboring resorts have tons of chairs outside. Everything requires a reservation, booked many days in advance. We could hear everything from our room, including the toilets from the room above us, and the baby crying next to us in the next room over. Rooms were bland. Food was boring. Service was slow. I will never stay at any Conrad.

The hotel is beautiful and comfortable, much like most resorts of that level in that area. However the service was several notches above everything else we have experienced. They make extensive use of WhatsApp as a tool, but the real difference is the people behind that tool and the incredible care they have taken for our family. They definitely look after all and every need we’ve had and have been extremely accommodating to our changing needs.

Beautiful property, pools are great and excellent restaurants. Great breakfast and the half board was good. The beach next to the property is pretty but not very good for swimming. There are others that aren’t a far drive away that are good, however. Didn’t find the beds that comfortable.

It is a nice hotel and staff are very lovely. But they were at capacity and basically couldn’t cope. They ended up taking all towels from the room and you had to call and ask for towel! Insane. Also they skipped making and cleaning the room due to the limited staff and amount of rooms. Limited dining options. Challenging to get a booking anywhere - so you end up with room service every other evening. Also prices are insane! You are paying essentially Aussie prices in Bali. May as well vacation in Australia! There are def places to vacation in Bali. I will never be back to the Conrad.
