Check in was easy; room great. I asked for a receipt when I checked in and was told I would get it at check out. Check-out and was told it would be emailed since I used this site to book. They charged me $15.00 than the rate that I was given when booking.

When we arrived at the hotel after driving over 12 hours, we went to our room and the blind on the window was broke. We could not shut the blind. There was no phone in the room and I had to go to the front desk to tell them we wanted another room.

We checked in late on a sold-out Saturday and our room was facing the parking lot, our blinds did not work and we were unable to close them, so they moved us to rooms on Sunday, when we got in that room we found that the HVAC system didn't work, we were not offered a different room just one additional blanket, the odd thing is when we were checking out there was already a new HVAC system in the hallway, just waiting for us to check out, leaving us to believe they knew of the issue and they didn't care to share that with us, the sad thing is we travel to this area often, had stayed there before however I highly doubt we stay at this location again. I held off leaving this review being promised a phone call from management but that did not happen.

The stay was great! Front desk staff was super friendly (Ashley) and the room was clean and had nice toiletries. Water pressure was great too, which is always a concern of mine!

The area is very nice. Not walkable but shopping and food options close by. Room was large, clean and bed comfortable. Room needs service. Lamps full of bugs. Toilet seat loose. Bulbs burned out in bathroom and sink would not drain.

Customer Service was great! The rooms need some updating. Room was not clean to my standards and there was a sour smell in the room. I tried changing rooms but they were all booked on the first floor.

The hotel staff were very personable and friendly. The rooms were near perfect. There may have been a couple dings in the drywall but otherwise super clean and pleasant. The bathrooms were very updated with a huge walk in shower. There are decent restaurants that are walkable. The mini golf course next door was also a great time and within walking distance as well.

Loved having a Keurig coffeemaker in room. Liked long pool hours. Tollway traffic quite noisy. ]
