The size of the room was phenomenal and the front desk was very helpful and made sure we got a crib for our daughter as well as everything we needed . The jacuzzi tub in the bathroom was a nice surprise!

Nice hotel. Clean and the bed was comfortable. Food and service were fine. Would recommend for an overnight while traveling.

Tucked away in a seemingly safe area just north of the city. A nice hotel. Everything was very clean. Breakfast options were good.

Blackout curtains were jammed when I first got there so there was no sunlight in the room, could have been an immediate fix. I’m sure there were plenty of rooms to choose from, but I was instructed to wait until maintenance came in the next morning at 7:30 or 8 rather than be moved to a new room as I suggested. I called the front desk at 10 asking to have my curtains fixed or be switched to a new room before unpacking, as it was well past 7:30 or 8. Maintenance man was very nice and fixed my curtains. Last morning there was the only time I was able to sleep past 7 AM—leads me to wonder if the following issue occurs every morning at this hotel. Around 8 AM I was woken by the loudest, ongoing conversation from housekeepers. It sounded as if they were in bed with me & went on for more than 10 minutes. I was eventually frustrated & called out asking them to quiet down but the conversation continued until they rapped on my door asking about service. I was about 30 minutes late to check out & was cleaning the room as I usually do before leaving when a housekeeper in a gold bonnet tried to bust aggressively through my door without warning. As I lock the metal piece, I called out & asked politely what she needed. She began to pound on the door & asked if I wasn’t checking out today and said “at 11 I just start opening doors.” She continued to speak with an attitude while I told her I would be out in a few minutes. She was clearly angry she couldn’t get in & made me very uncomfortable

All was good except the road noise penetrated the room. Likely would have been quieter on the other side.

Front desk staff was very friendly on check-in. The room was clean and pretty spacious. Quiet area with a few places nearby to eat.

I had to rent 2 rooms with the size of my family one room's AC was great the other room's AC was not and that was my room The room got to almost 80° there was nothing they could do they just gave me a fan and pretty much said write it out weren't willing to comp us or nothing. My swim suit top and bottom got left there I've tried to call and call and ask them no response

absolutely amazing we went through price line informing them we had to have a wheelchair accessible room we arrive to find out that isn't what they reserved. the gentleman at the front desk got us all fixed up at no extra cost will be staying there again soon

My least favorite Holiday Inn

The hotel itself was clean. The breakfast was above average (breads, cereals, pancakes, eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, fruit). The one downside, as mentioned in other reviews, was that the a/c didn't function very well at all. Our room never dropped below 77. There was easy access to the freeway & several restaurants & gas stations close by. All in all, we would stay there again, but the a/c really needs to be fixed.
