This is a great hotel! Large, comfy rooms, the windows open so you can smell and hear the city. Hotel restaurant has delicious food with low price points. 10 minute walk to Madison Square Garden. Beautiful day and night views of the city. Staff are fantastic. Security made us feel totally safe. Big on healthy recreational activities inside the hotel and rooms for both adults and children. We will always stay at this hotel - staying there made for a perfect trip! We highly, highly recommend this hotel! It was a definite "10" for us.

Great location for getting to all the tourist spots. Subway right next door, easy walks to everywhere. Not the biggest rooms but if your going to New York to stay in a hotel room your doing it wrong! Ideal base and comfy to sleep. No noise. Bar a little pricey and wine in tumblers was weird. Would recommend.

The stay was good. Check in was fast and easy process, so was checking out. The beds were a little on the hard side, but after a long day of walking around the city it didn’t really matter. Good location for getting to the subway and penn station. Tucked away from the craziness of Times Square but still a close enough walk to get there. Would stay again.

At check in, we were greeted with a very condescending “can I help you”, said to us in a tone that implied we were interpreting something important- such as a text conversation the staff was having with someone else: During this time, the person checking us in stated something to the effect of “Oh, you booked this third party, and since you did that we do not honor your room choice of a queen. You get two twins.” I explained my wife and I would prefer one bed and the staff said “Take it or leave it. For all I care you can sleep in the street.” We went to the room, and one bed was not made - all of the clean sheets were in a nice pile one the bed - and there were a lot of tiny hairs around and on the toilet - as if someone had used the toilet to groom themselves. We dared not report any of thiis after what we just experienced during check in.so we just dealt with it our selves. For what averages out to over $500 a night adding in taxes and fees, I had expected to be treated with more respect and dignity than what was offered. This was without doubt the rudest, most unprofessional hotel I’ve ever stayed at: and yes, I’ve been to Manhattan MANY times. I understand New Yorkers are a little rude, but this was down right mean. I’ve stayed at blown out old motels that treated me well. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer services and cleanliness.

Clean, safe and friendly environment. Hotel had great facilities, kids loved the ping pong table and footy table. We loved the space and how quiet it was considering it was 5 mins walk from Penn Street and Times Square. Highly recommended.

What a pleasantly surprising place to stay. Very convenient and super staff.

We came in for a concert. The hotel met all of our needs and it's surprisingly quiet.

The rooms are very good and they were very friendly. It could have a better bar/restaurant like the other Even Hotel. The maintenance works only in the morning and you have to be in the room, so we couldnt use our tv and safe.

The games room was a nice addition.

Close to penn station. Attentive staff. Flavored water. Late check out.
