Very nice hotel, great breakfast, fitness room, sauna, pool and bubble bath, the hotel has a very nice view over the river and it’s located only 2 km from the main market, and with the tram station right outside the hotel entrance, it’s perfect,
When you are in krakow you must take the guided tour at the salt mines , you will get mighty inspired 🙂👍

This hotel was a bad choice. My room had a internet problem then I informed hotel. Technician stay in my room over 30minutes he couldn’t solve any problem so we missed the time to have fun in this city. I didn’t get any solution. So when they went out my room they informed me that they will check another room for us. But later this hotel told me “reception has no internet neither.” Sorry”. That’s all. It means this Hotel didn’t recognize they lost internet during long time. Besides the towel has a stain. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Our hotel room was clean,every thing you needed. Little bit noisy at night as humming noise from vent in room. Air con didn't really do a lot either. Pool and gym small but we had pool to ourselves,lovely view and very clean. Walk to old town about 15 mins over bridges. Krakow was absolutely lovely with so many places to eat and drink. Highly recommend a break here. . Wawel Castle is within walking distance but we got a taxi back as lots of walking around castle. Booked Auschwitz and Salt Mine trips through hotel. Highly recommend these trips too. Eating out was so cheap. Will definitely return to Krakow and recommend this hotel.

The room view is nice because it facing the river. Car parking in the hotel is quite dear. The swimming pool is very small. Breakfast is very nice

Nice clean rooms and overall advantage with the location. Facilities wise also a good hotel with swimming pool as well as gym.
A few suggestions-
- needs to speed up the check in process.
- breakfast needs to include vegan options like vegan sausages or patties. Should also have items like hash browns. Vegetarians or vegans within our group had a huge challenge managing in breakfast
