Staff was friendly and very very helpful. Room was great, loved the bed. Very quiet. Very convenient location in old town. Lots of choices nearby for restaurants. Close to train station and trams nearby for venturing further from old town

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The service was very professional and attentive, and the hotel is immaculate. It even smells luxurious. Good sized rooms and very well decorated. We traveled with our 2 year old son, and they provided a crib for him which was already in the room on arrival (not always the case in other hotels). They even provided toiletries for kids and extra towels. Housekeeping did a great job. Nice pool and wellness area. Loved the patio!
