We stayed with a balcony overlooking the ocean. It was absolutely amazing. The place was extremely clean and everyone working there was very kind. The only challenge was finding the check in location when arriving late at night. It isn't well marked and its located on the 4th floor.

This W Hotel is not up to the standards of most of the W we stayed at in the past. We were assigned a room which did not appear to be like the one I reserved. It had a musty smell. We asked for an upgrade but the wanted to charge and extra $200 a night!!! They ended up changing to the same room but 2 floors higher. It was better. Stil I booked the fabulous room…that room was by no means fabulous. I have to admit, the
view was gorgeous and made things better. We also had to wait for a long time while they gave us the new room. The staff was nice and friendly. The bar and the Mexican restaurant were very good. I would probably not go back to this hotel, there are better choices,

When we got to the room you could tell it had not been occupied for a bit. Dusty, dirty, and worn. One of the toilets wouldn’t flush and sink wouldn’t drain. Although room was far from great service in both restaurants and front desk was great. Elevators were also not great at all! We were on floor 20 and only two working elevators for the tower we were in.

The rooms have a weird smell to it. The sheets had stains on them , the pillow smelled of tobacco which was disgusting.

First room was so humid and smelled like mold. Moved during the middle of the night to another room because I was miserable. A very nice woman moved us to another room but sadly it was still humid and moldy. Water dripping all over the floors in each room, water running down walls. Awful. I went to bed with wet hair and woke up to my hair still wet. Will never come here again because it was awful and needs to be condemned.

The staff was professional and yet friendly- from the front desk, to the maid service, the bartenders jn the Living Room, the staff at the pool and beach. I also liked the little touches- the two bottles of water in the room each day, the nespresso coffee machine, robes in the room, providing me with an umbrella one evening when it was raining and I was about to walk to a restaurant.

Overall I had a great experience staying at the W for the first time
Only thing was too much noise from the pool during the day, if i wanted to take a nap. And during the weeknight, there was a couple of nights with a lot of noise, however overall a good experience. My room, the view and amenities were amazing. I’d consider staying here again for sure!

It’s a beautiful property next to the beach. We had a problem with the bathroom vent. There was an outage and it started smoking leaving me with a horrible burn smell. Other than that I will like to stay there again

Im upset of the hidden fees associated with this place. When we got there, i paid out of picket for a room upgrade for all 5 nights thinking i woukd no longer owe anything. When we checked out, they slipped in a "resort fee" for all 5 nights we stayed. This talleyed up to almost another 300 dollars. Not to mention that the valet parking is 60 dollars a day with very limited street parking which is also pay by meter. The hotel was beautiful and the room view was amazing but i feel like they are trying to squeeze wvery penny they can from you in an already expensive environment.

Everything about this place was great, breakfast by the ocean at Vez, the beach staff were awesome and made sure we had everything we needed. Pool and DJ were fun

The pool closes at 7pm. Carpets in hallways very dirty. Hotel room smelled like mold and had mold spots on the ceiling. Staff doesnt speak at all. Im use to staying at Marriott Beach Habor this was definitely a downgrade. Will not be retunring unless its to dine at Steak.954. The food was amazing ans custoemr service was A1

Beautiful hotel in very convenient spot.The steakhouse at the hotel was amazing,we are foodies and I almost think it was better than Eddy Vs which is high on our list.Everyone was very accommodating and nice they have a nice bar too
