It was an amazing experience, one I will never forget. The only downside was the service in the breakfast area and the cafe near the pool. It was hard to get the attention of the staff in these areas. But the service from the personal butler in our suite and staff attended to our room was above and beyond. It is definitely a place worth staying at.

What an incredible experience! The hotel is truly one of a kind with amazing heritage behind it. The service is second to none and the food was superb. Must have dessert every day at Gazebo and the pastas at Bellini were delicious.
Not really centered as a kids hotel but they went out of their way for our 7yr old. The best best recommendation is the Hammam. They did a bubble massage for our son alongside us and he can’t stop talking about it.

For an hotel of this category, there needs to be an excellent gym. The current one is very lamentable. Also we had the inconvenience of having to change rooms due to the constant noisy parties which probably are good for the hotel yet not so for the guests. Moreover, it was a shame that guests were not allowed to visit the original palace, for some reason or other. It was disappointing. We never could go to the prime restaurant. Always not allowed to go find it. Food was good, service also good.
